Green Baize and Red Velvet

The reels are drawn as green baize columns, like the felt on a card table, set inside a gold-studded frame. Behind them a red casino floor recedes into soft focus, with a roulette table catching the light at the bottom of the screen.

The symbol set stays on theme without a single fruit or gem in sight: a roulette wheel, a pair of red dice, a fan of playing cards, a stack of gold chips, a stack of coloured chips, and then A, K, Q, J and 10 in the card royals.

The Paytable

The Lady, and the Rules She Follows

The wild is a blonde croupier, and the paytable states her limits precisely: she substitutes every symbol except Bonus. Two further rules sit under her: If a line pays more than one win, the highest win is paid, and The combinations are only valid from left to right.

Bonus on One, Four and Five

Free spins are triggered by a BONUS symbol drawn as the Las Vegas welcome sign. The captured trigger shows it landing on reels one, four and five, with cash chips already visible on the grid alongside it.

Where the Chips Come In

The free spins rules screen is the most important thing in this game, and it is two sentences long: The lady collects all the chips and adds them to the win from the spin. And: Multipliers multiply the value of the chip inside the position.

That is a two-stage mechanic. Chips land on the grid carrying printed cash values. Multiplier badges land on grid positions, marked x2, x3 and x4. A chip in a badged position is worth its value times the badge – and then the lady sweeps the lot into the spin total.

Note the order carefully. The multiplier attaches to the position, not to the chip and not to the total win. A x4 badge is worth nothing unless a chip lands on it.

Cash Chips in the Base Game

Chips are not confined to the bonus. The base game captures show a 5.00 chip and a 50.00 chip sitting on the reels during normal play, so the collector idea runs throughout – the difference in free spins is simply that the lady is there to sweep them up.

The Frame Around It

Red Rake keeps the controls off the reels entirely. The stake sits in a red panel on the right with a minus and a plus, an RR badge above it for the menu and a circular arrow for autoplay. The balance runs along the bottom left in red, the win in the centre.
