How we rate games

Every slot is scored on the same four criteria, using the game's published data: RTP (40%), maximum win potential (25%), bonus features described in our review (30%) and how recent the release is (5%). Missing data counts as neutral. The score reflects the game's numbers and features, not your chances of winning; slots are games of chance, so please play responsibly.

Triple Fiesta is a Day of the Dead slot from Red Rake Gaming, released on 1 October 2026. Three skeleton musicians in sombreros play above the reels, paper banners hang over a lantern-lit Mexican street, and the whole screen is full of marigolds, tacos and sugar-skull colours. The game uses 5 reels, 3 rows and 25 bet lines, the RTP is 95.3%, the volatility is medium and the maximum win is 3,473x the bet.

A Street Party Above The Reels

The three skeletons are not just decoration. Each one stands for a feature and collects the skull coins of its own colour: the blue skeleton for Extra Spin, the green one for Double Reel and the red one for Multipliers. On the left side of the reels you can see the four prize plates, and the spin button and the bet selector sit on the right. Bets run from 0.20 to 35.00 per spin.

Symbols And Paytable

Wins are formed on the 25 bet lines from the leftmost reel to the right on consecutive reels, and only the highest win on a line is paid. The best regular symbol is the purple guitar, which pays 6x the bet for five of a kind, 2x for four and 0.5x for three. The tequila bottle, the sombrero and the marigold pay 2x for five symbols, the taco and the sweet bread of the dead pay 1.5x, and the card symbols A, K, Q, J and 10 pay 1x for five of a kind.

The Wild, drawn as a green carved mask, shows up on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 only. It replaces every symbol except the skull coins, and it often lands as a stack that covers a whole reel.

Three Colours Of Skull Coins

The green, blue and red skull coins carry a number and are the key to the bonus. If at least one coin of a colour lands on a spin, the matching minigame can be triggered, and a single spin can start two or even all three minigames together. Before the minigame begins, the Skull Wheel spins. It can upgrade a single minigame into a double one and a double one into a triple one, it can add extra coins at the start, or it can pay one of the Mini, Minor or Major prizes.

How The Minigame Works

The bonus is a respin round in the style of a Hold and Spin feature. It starts with 3 respins, and the coins that land turn golden and stay on their positions. Every new golden coin sets the respin counter back to 3, so a round can last much longer than it first appears. The round ends when no respins are left or when all 15 positions are filled, and then the values of all golden coins are added together and paid.

The coin values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10 times the total bet, and special coins show Mini (15x), Minor (50x) and Major (150x). If all 15 positions are filled with golden coins, the Grand prize of 1,000x is paid.

Extra Spin, Double Reel And Multipliers

  • Extra Spin (blue): the round starts with 4 respins, and every new coin resets the counter to 4 instead of 3.
  • Double Reel (green): a second, independent set of reels appears, every golden coin is copied to it, and each set has its own respin counter. This is the version that can produce the biggest totals, because two grids are filled at the same time.
  • Multipliers (red): random 2x, 3x and 5x multipliers land on golden coins. Only one multiplier can land on a coin per spin, and a new one landing on an old one is added to it. They are applied when the round finishes.

With the wheel upgrades, all three can run in the same round: a second grid, four respins and multipliers on the coins at once.

When the multipliers are active, small x2 and x3 tags appear next to the golden coins, and a coin that already carries a tag can receive another one. Large totals are announced with a Big Win banner and a counting number, which makes the end of a good round easy to follow. Since all values are multiples of the total bet, the size of a win scales directly with the stake you choose.

Bonus Prizes On The Plates

Besides the coin round, a coin marked Mini, Minor or Major can appear at random and award its prize at once. The four plates beside the reels show the values for the current bet, so with a 2.00 bet they read 30, 100, 300 and 2,000. Together with the multipliers on the golden coins, these prizes are what make the 3,473x maximum win possible.

RTP, Volatility And Betting Range

The RTP of 95.3% is a little under the usual 96% mark, and the volatility is medium. In practice that means the base game pays small line wins often, and the coin symbols keep landing without always starting the minigame. The demo above uses play money, so you can watch the Skull Wheel and the three minigames without risk before you decide to play for real.

A Good Fit For Fans Of Coin Rounds

Triple Fiesta suits players who like respin bonuses with a clear structure and who enjoy a colourful theme. The three minigames can be combined, the wheel adds a layer of surprise before every bonus, and the multipliers on the coins make even a short round exciting.
