Ten Ton Ways Goldfish OverviewTen Ton Ways Goldfish is an underwater slot from Ruby Play on a six-reel, four-row grid with an extra reel running across the top, giving up to 10,000 ways to win. It has an RTP of 96.29% and a published maximum win of 1,000x the bet, and it was released on 1 October 2024. Bets run from 0.10 to 30. The game combines cascading wins, fish that carry multipliers, a coin-collecting Hold & Win round driven by a magnet symbol, and four fixed jackpots. It also offers a direct Buy Feature. The figures below were read from demo play at bets of €10 and €5. A Bright Coral ReefThe reels float in clear blue water, framed by pink and purple coral, green sea plants and rising bubbles. The mood is cheerful rather than mysterious – this is a cartoon reef, not a shipwreck. The premium symbols are four tropical fish: a round orange goldfish, a pink fish, a green fish and a blue fish. The low pays are the card values A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9, drawn in bold colours. Gold coins carrying cash values and a red horseshoe magnet are the special symbols. When the Hold & Win round starts, the scene darkens to a deeper reef with a treasure chest spilling coins on the left and a sunken boat full of gold on the right. The Grid and the 10,000 WaysThe main grid is six reels by four rows. Above the middle four reels runs a separate horizontal reel that adds one more symbol to each of those columns. The number of ways changes from spin to spin, and the game prints the result under the grid: in our session it read, for example, “2 WAYS PAYS €2.00” or “1 WAY PAYS €4.00”. Wins are removed after they pay and new symbols fall in to replace them, so a single spin can produce several wins in a row. Gold coins also land during the base game. At the €10 bet our first capture showed coins marked 10, 30 and 40 on the first reel – one, three and four times the bet – with several more 10s on the top reel. In the base game they sit on the reels as a preview of what the Hold & Win round can collect. The magnet symbol can appear in the base game as well: we saw it on the third reel in two separate captures, surrounded by ordinary fish and card symbols. Fish with MultipliersSome fish land with a small x2 badge. When such a fish is part of a winning way, the win is doubled. In one spin at €10 we saw two green fish with x2 badges in the same combination, alongside coin values of €3.00 and €1.00, for a total of €6.13. A WILD can also land on the top reel, where it substitutes for the regular symbols in the columns below it. The PaytableAt the €5 bet, the paytable shows pays for three to six of a kind. The values we could read clearly are: Orange goldfish: 5 of a kind €50.00, 4 €12.50, 3 €5.00, 2 €2.50. The orange goldfish is the only symbol that pays for a pair. The jump from five to six of a kind is steep for the green fish – from €12.50 to €125.00, which is 25x the bet – so a full row of six is where the regular symbols do their best work. The Four JackpotsFour plates sit above the reels. At the €10 bet they read MINI €100 (10x), MINOR €250 (25x), MAJOR €1,000 (100x) and GRAND €10,000 (1,000x). At €5 every value is exactly half, so the jackpots are fixed multiples of the bet. The Grand is worth 1,000x – exactly the published maximum win. In this game the top jackpot is the ceiling: there is no larger prize on offer anywhere else. Because the jackpots are tied to the bet, their cash value moves with your stake. With bets running from 0.10 to 30, the Grand ranges from 100 at the minimum to 30,000 at the maximum, and the Mini from 1 to 300. Hold & Win and the MagnetThe bonus is announced with a title screen: “Hold & Win awarded – land a magnet to play magnetic wins bonus.” Coins lock in place and you get three respins, reset each time a new coin lands. At the €5 bet our coins showed 5, 10 and 15 – one, two and three times the bet. The top reel was locked with a chain and a banner reading “U WILL UNLOCK”: it opens only when a magnet lands. Once open, it offered larger coins, including a 100, and a MINOR jackpot coin worth 25 appeared on the grid. The magnets are what make the round work: they pull coin values together and open the extra row, so a round with no magnet stays small. The respin counter sits beside the locked row and counts down from three. In our round it read “3 RESPINS LEFT” with eleven coins already on the grid, which shows how quickly the board can fill once the first coins stick. Because each coin is worth a fixed multiple of the bet, the value of the round is simply the sum of the coins at the end, plus any jackpot coin that lands. Buying the FeatureThe Buy Feature button shows €750 at the €10 bet, and the confirmation screen at €5 asked us to confirm a Hold & Win purchase for €375. Both prices are 75x the bet. The largest win on screen in our captures was €312.50 at the €5 bet – about 62.5x, a little below the 75x purchase price. A 75x price against a 1,000x ceiling means the bought round can return at most around thirteen times its cost. That is a narrower range than in many modern buy games, and it is worth weighing before you use the button. Who Should Play ItTen Ton Ways Goldfish suits players who like a busy grid with several moving parts: changing ways, cascades, multiplier fish and a coin round with a clear set of jackpots above it. The reservation is the ceiling. At 1,000x, the maximum win is modest for a game with 10,000 ways and a 75x buy, and the Grand jackpot already uses all of it. It is a fun, steady game rather than one to chase a very large win on. Where to Play Ten Ton Ways GoldfishYou can try this game on SunClub Online Casino.
