Color SicBo Overview

Color SicBo is a colour-based take on the classic dice game from SimplePlay, listed on SlotCatalog with a release date of 1 May 2023. Instead of numbered dice, three cubes are shaken, and each face shows one of six colours: yellow, white, pink, blue, red and green. You simply bet on the colours you think will come up.

How the Bets Pay

The chalkboard next to the host shows the whole paytable for a colour bet:

one cube in your colour pays 1:1;
two cubes pay 2:1;
three cubes pay 12:1.

Our own calculation, assuming fair cubes: a single colour bet returns about 96.3% of the stake on average. SlotCatalog lists no official RTP.

What the Odds Look Like

With six colours and three cubes, a single colour shows up on at least one cube in about 42% of rolls. Two cubes of the same colour come up in roughly 7% of rolls, and all three in under 0.5% – which explains the jump from 2:1 to 12:1 on the board. These are our own figures, calculated from the number of colours and cubes.

Tables and Limits

The lobby offers two shared tables: Casual with bets of 1–100 and Novice with 2–200. Each one shows how many players are seated and a roadmap of the last 50 rolls, with the share of every colour – on the Casual table green stood at 24% and blue at 13% when we looked.

The Roadmap

The column of coloured squares on the left of the table lists recent results, three cubes per row, next to the colour percentages. On the Novice table the last 50 rolls showed yellow 10%, white 19%, pink 15%, blue 20%, red 19% and green 17%.

Our Round

We sat at the Novice table with a 100 chip and placed 200 on pink and 200 on red, a total of 400. Each betting box shows how many players are on that colour and what share of the table’s money it holds. Buttons on the right double the bet (x2), confirm it or clear it.
