Platipus continues exploring the world of classic poker games, which is so beloved by many players! And we know our journey would be incomplete without experiencing the thrill of “Texas Hold ‘em.” It means only one thing – get ready to meet a new Platipus’ table game!

“Texas Hold ‘em” is played with a standard 52-card deck, mixed after each game. The main goal is to make the best decisions with your poker hand and to place bets to gain the most chips throughout the game.

To begin the game, players must place an initial bet, known as the Ante. Once the bet is placed, the player will receive two face-up cards, also called “hole cards,” to form their starting hand. The dealer will also be dealt two cards, but these will be face-down. After that, a player has to evaluate their hand strength and choose one of the following options: FOLD or RAISE!

But the fun doesn’t end here! Once the 4th card has been dealt, the player has to re-evaluate their hand and decide what to choose BET or CHECK! After all cards are revealed, the best 5-card poker hand wins.
