3 Super Royal Bags is a classic-styled jackpot slot from Platipus, released on 20 August 2026. It plays on a 5x3 grid with 25 lines, returns 96.1% at high volatility and takes bets from 0.10 to 100. The top prize is 10,000x the bet. Three money bags sit above the reels – Collect, Boost and Double – and a prize wheel hides behind them.

Royal Red And Gold

The reels stand on a deep red background patterned with gold fleurs-de-lis, framed in gold and lit from behind. The 3 SUPER ROYAL BAGS logo sits in the top left above the jackpot ladder, and the top of a large prize wheel is just visible behind the three bags at the top of the screen – a deliberate hint at what the bonus round looks like.

The symbols are pure classic machine: a jewelled crown, a red 7, a golden bell, a horseshoe, a BAR plate and A, K, Q, J and 10 in gold lettering.

Five Jackpots On The Wall

The ladder down the left edge has five rungs rather than the usual four. At a total bet of $100.00 they read:

ROYAL – 100,000, or 1,000x
GRAND – 50,000, or 500x
MAJOR – 10,000, or 100x
MINOR – 3,000, or 30x
MINI – 1,500, or 15x

Worth noting: even the Royal at 1,000x is only a tenth of the game’s 10,000x maximum. Unlike most jackpot slots, the ladder here is not the ceiling – it is a regular feature, and the real top prize has to come from the wheel and the multipliers stacking on top of it.

Collect, Boost, Double

The three bags above the grid are the game’s signature, each labelled in its own colour: COLLECT in blue, BOOST in red and DOUBLE in green. They are the three things that can happen to whatever the reels have gathered – harvest it, enlarge it, or double it.

That trio is what separates this from an ordinary five-jackpot machine. A modest board with Double active is worth more than a strong board without it, so the bags matter as much as the symbols underneath them.

The Paytable

At the $100 total bet our screenshots were played at, the mid and low symbols pay:

Bell – $100.00 / $24.00 / $10.00
Horseshoe – $80.00 / $24.00 / $10.00
BAR – $60.00 / $24.00 / $10.00
A, K and Q – $40.00 / $8.00 / $4.00

Five bells return exactly the stake and three of anything pays a tenth of it. Those are deliberately small numbers – the crown and the red 7 sit above them on an earlier paytable page, and everything else is there to keep the reels ticking between bonus rounds.

What The Reels Paid

The base game does produce real wins when the premium symbols stack. Our screenshots caught two:

Crowns filling the second, third and fourth reels – $580.00
Bells across the first three reels with crowns alongside – $425.00

At a $100 bet those are 5.8x and 4.25x the stake. Respectable, and both came from full-reel stacks rather than single lines – on 25 lines, a stacked premium pays many lines at once.

A 100x Buy

The shopping cart on the right of the reels opens a single, refreshingly plain panel: BONUS GAME, a price, and a green BUY button, with the total bet selector underneath it.

At a $40.00 total bet the price was $4,000.00 – exactly 100x the stake. No tiers, no volatility grades, no random-versus-guaranteed choice: one door, one price. For a game with five jackpots and a wheel behind them, that is a straightforward proposition.

The Prize Wheel

The bonus opens the wheel that was peeking over the top of the reels all along. It fills the screen as a large gold-rimmed dial with a pointer at the bottom, and the segments we could read are worth listing because they are not all cash:

ROYAL – the top jackpot
2X UP – doubles what is in play
UP and EXTRA – step the prize or the round on
Money bags in blue and green – the Collect and Double bags again

So the wheel is not a single spin for a single prize. Several of its segments modify the round rather than end it, which is how a 1,000x Royal turns into a run at the 10,000x ceiling: land the multiplier segments first, then the jackpot.

The Bags Are The Collection Meter

Slot catalogues list cash collector, symbols collection, mystery symbol, respins and Hold and Win alongside the wheel – and the three bags are the visible face of all of it. Coins gather on the grid, a Collect bag harvests them, a Boost bag enlarges them and a Double bag doubles them.

That ordering matters when you are watching a round. A Double landing before a Collect is worth far more than the other way round, because it acts on everything already gathered rather than on a single new coin.

Twenty-Five Lines On Fifteen Positions

The layout is as traditional as the artwork: five reels, three rows, 25 fixed lines. That is few enough that a single stacked reel does not automatically pay everything, which is why our crown spin was worth 5.8x rather than twenty – the crowns filled three reels, but only the lines passing through all three counted.

What The Bet Changes

Everything scales with the stake. Our screenshots were taken at $40 and $100. At the 0.10 minimum the bonus costs 10.00 and the Royal jackpot is worth 100; at the 100 maximum the Royal is 100,000 and the buy 10,000. The multiples – 100x to buy, 1,000x for the Royal, 10,000x at the ceiling – hold at every level.

More From Platipus

Platipus builds a lot of polished classic machines with modern bonus layers on top. 3 Fortune Pots Hold and Win and 3 Pots of Luck use the same three-pot structure on different artwork, and Crack the Egg shows the studio without a jackpot ladder. All of them share the approach: familiar symbols on the reels, with the interesting mathematics moved into the feature round.

Who It Is For

3 Super Royal Bags is for players who like a jackpot ladder they can see and a bonus they can buy in one click. The base game is a plain 25-line classic where five bells return the stake, but the five-rung ladder, the Collect-Boost-Double trio and a wheel with modifier segments give the feature round more depth than the front end suggests. High volatility and a 10,000x ceiling mean the reels are the waiting room, not the destination.

One practical note: at the time of writing none of the six casinos we check carried this title, so you may need to look further afield to play it for real.
