Rocket Wins Overview

Rocket Wins is a 432-ways slot from Booongo – branded 3 Oaks in the corner of its own screen – with a published ceiling of 1,000x. It was released on 20 January 2025.

Neither an RTP nor a volatility rating is published for this title, and we have not invented either. All figures below were read from demo play at a 4.00 total bet.

New Year Over a Pagoda Town

The reels stand in front of a town of pagoda roofs at dusk, with fireworks going up behind them and the grid itself rimmed in fire. It is a Chinese New Year game and it is loud about it.

The symbols are a young man and a young woman in traditional dress, a drum, a lantern and a folding fan, above card ranks from 10 to A.

The studio name is worth a note: the game is listed under Booongo in the casino libraries, but its own screen is branded 3 Oaks in the top-left corner. They are the same studio under its newer name, and both appear on the same page.

The ways figure tells you something about the grid before you look at it. 432 is not a power of a single number, so the reels cannot all be the same height – 3×4×4×3×3 is one way to reach it, and the captures do show the inner reels standing taller than the outer pair.

The Paytable Is Almost Beside the Point

This is the most striking number on the page. At the 4.00 stake the top symbol – the man or the woman – pays 8.00 for five of a kind. That is 2x the stake.

The drum, lantern and fan group pays 4.00 for five (1x), and the card ranks 3.00 (0.75x). Five of a kind on the cheapest symbol is a losing spin.

So the reels themselves are not where the money is. On 432 ways, several lines pay at once and the totals build – our base captures come to 26.00, 34.00, 42.00, 46.00 and 49.00, or between 6.5x and 12.25x – but no single combination on the table is worth more than twice the bet.

Winning positions are outlined in fire rather than by a drawn line, and on a good spin the whole frame catches light. With 432 ways and no paylines to trace, that is the right choice – there is nothing to follow, only a total to read.

The Panel Above the Reels

Everything this game is about sits in a panel of six tiles above the grid, and the tiles hold three different kinds of prize: free-spin counts in green, cash values in orange, and jackpot names in purple.

Our captures catch the panel in eight different states. One reads 10 FS · 200.00 · 48.00 · 25 FS · 25 FS · MINOR. Another: 24.00 · 10 FS · 50 FS · 10 FS · 400.00 · 80.00. A third: 3 FS · 60.00 · 5 FS · 60.00 · MINOR · 60.00.

Note the range on those free-spin tiles: from 3 FS to 50 FS on a single tile. And note that a MAJOR or MINOR plate can be sitting in the panel waiting to be collected, which is how the jackpots are reached.

One detail in the panel deserves its own line. The largest cash tile we saw was 400.00 – which is exactly the value of the MAJOR jackpot on the left rail. A cash tile and a named pot can be worth the same thing, and only one of them looks impressive.

The cash tiles otherwise run from 20.00 to 200.00 – 5x to 50x the stake – which is between two and twenty-five times better than the best five-of-a-kind on the paytable.

Four Pots, and the GRAND Is the Ceiling

The four jackpot plates run down the left rail: GRAND 4,000.00, MAJOR 400.00, MINOR 200.00 and MINI 80.00.

Against the 4.00 stake those are 1,000x, 100x, 50x and 20x – and the GRAND at 1,000x is exactly the game’s published maximum win. The top jackpot is the ceiling, and there is nothing above it.

That makes this one of the cleaner games in these batches to reason about: you are playing for four named prizes with published values, not for an abstract multiplier.

The pots hold the same four values across every capture, so they are fixed multiples of the bet rather than pools that grow while you watch. At 4.00 that makes the MINI worth about two of our ordinary winning spins and the GRAND about a hundred of them.

Thirty-Three Free Spins

The round announces itself with a green FREE SPINS plate across the foot of the reels, and the count that follows is enormous: 33 FREE SPINS.

That is the panel at work – several tiles of 10, 12 and 15 collected together – and it is far beyond the seven to fifteen spins most games in these batches award.

Inside the round the counter ticks down through 30, 9 and 7 in our captures, and the background shifts to a night sky full of fireworks while lion-dance heads replace some of the reel symbols.

A Total win field runs along the bottom throughout, reading 102.00, then 583.00, then 663.00 as the round progresses.

Before the round the balance runs 816.00, 770.00, 734.00 and then 639.00 – a fall of about 175, or 44x the stake, across the base captures. That is the cost of getting to the panel.

What the Round Returned

The balances make it measurable. The round begins with the balance at 639.00. By the last capture it reads 1,448.00.

That is a gain of 809.00 – about 200x the 4.00 stake – from a round that ran 33 spins. Against a 1,000x ceiling it is a fifth of the maximum, which is a genuinely good outcome and the best round in this batch.

The biggest single spin inside it earns its own banner: BIG WIN 60.00, which is 15x the stake. Thirty-three spins of eight to fifteen times the bet is how the total got there – not one enormous hit.

The interface is a vertical column on the right: menu, sound, a fast-forward key, the large spin button, autoplay and a stake stack. Everything else – last win, balance and bet – runs along the bottom edge in plain text.

Who Should Play It

Rocket Wins is for players who like collecting prizes off a board rather than matching symbols. The panel is the game: free-spin counts from 3 to 50, cash values up to 400.00 and jackpot plates, all visible above the reels before you spin. The GRAND being exactly the published ceiling is unusually tidy.

The reservations are the missing RTP and volatility figures – two absences on a 2025 release – and a paytable whose best five-of-a-kind is worth twice the stake. If the panel is not paying, the reels will not rescue you.
