Mighty Wild: Jaguar

Mighty Wild: Jaguar Overview

Mighty Wild: Jaguar is a 5x3 video slot from Wazdan, released under the VoltEnt brand. It went live as an exclusive on 9 December 2024 and reached the wider market on 29 January 2025. The game has 15 paylines, an RTP of 96.14% and a maximum win of 750x the stake, with bets from $0.10 to $100.

The volatility is not fixed: as in other Wazdan titles, you choose between Low, Standard and High before you play. The figures below come from our own demo session, played at a base bet of 100 FUN with the Chance Level set to x5.

A Jungle Grid Full of Big Cats

The reels sit in a dark rainforest, framed in gold, with carved jaguar heads on the empty positions. The main symbols are snarling jaguars, and a special Jaguar Mystery Jackpot symbol wears a crowned medallion. Four jackpot plaques run across the top of the screen.

The Four Jackpots

At a 100 FUN base bet the plaques read MINI 1,000, MINOR 2,000, MAJOR 5,000 and GRAND 75,000 – that is 10x, 20x, 50x and 750x the base bet. The Grand is the game’s whole ceiling: SlotCatalog notes that filling every position awards the full 750x jackpot, with all other winnings forfeited.

Chance Level

A column on the left offers OFF, x2, x5 and x10. Each step multiplies the stake to raise the chance of reaching a bonus round. With x5 selected our total bet was 500 FUN, while the jackpot plaques stayed at their base-bet values.

Wild Rampage Bonus Game

In the Wild Rampage bonus the game gives three respins, and jaguars lock in place as they land. A Mystery Multiplier symbol can appear with x2, x3, x4 or x5 on it. According to the rules page, the MINI, MINOR and MAJOR jackpot symbols can only be drawn through the Jaguar Mystery symbols, and several jackpots of the same type can be won in one round.

When the round ends, jaguars pay as line wins from the leftmost reel: 5 in a line pay 2,000 FUN, 4 pay 1,000, 3 pay 500 and 2 pay 200 at the 100 FUN base bet. The Mystery Multiplier then applies, unless the Grand is won.

Our round revealed an x3 multiplier and paid 6,200 FUN – 12.4x our 500 FUN total bet.

Hold the Jackpot and Cash Infinity

The second bonus fills the grid with coins. Gold coins showed 200, 300 and 400, and red Cash Infinity coins showed 500, 600 and 700. SlotCatalog describes the Cash Infinity symbols as sticky until the bonus resolves. Later in the round a large coin marked 9,000 x3 joined the grid, and the win counter showed 12,000 FUN – 24x the total bet.

Stakes and Speed

The bet selector steps through values such as 70, 80, 90 and 100 FUN, and the list reaches as high as 10,000 FUN in the demo. During the respins the game invites you to hold the space bar for an Ultra Fast Spin. A shopping-cart button at the bottom left opens the Bonus Buy, which SlotCatalog lists among the game’s features.

Across our captures the balance moved from 98,000 FUN to 83,200 FUN and back up to 97,400 FUN – the swings you expect when most of the value sits in the bonus rounds.

The Mighty Wild Family

Jaguar is one of a series. Wazdan has also released Mighty Wild: Panther, with Grand Gold, Grand Platinum and Grand Diamond editions, and Mighty Wild: Gorilla. The series shares the Hold the Jackpot and Wild Rampage structure, with a different animal and its own jackpot values in each game.

The Numbers to Keep in Mind

A 96.14% RTP is slightly above the slot average. The 750x cap is modest, and it is tied to the Grand jackpot, so the biggest results come from the two bonus rounds rather than from base-game lines.

Who Should Play It

Mighty Wild: Jaguar suits players who like Hold and Win games with a choice of risk: the volatility setting and the Chance Level let you decide how hard to chase the bonus rounds.
