Epic Cherry frames its reels in deep red, with a soft casino-floor background behind them and the EPIC CHERRY title on top. The symbols are clean and bright on white tiles: cherries, lemons, oranges, plums, a diamond, a golden 3, and sevens in red, blue and green. When sevens are part of a win, they burst into flames.

The pattern is clear: the sevens do the work, and the wild tiles connect them. The biggest wins in our session all had sevens on at least three reels.

The Wild

The blue W Wild tile appears singly or in stacks of two and three. In the €44 spin two wilds sat one above the other on the second reel, and in the €170 spin two more filled the lower part of the first reel. Because the tiles stack, a single wild reel can complete a line on every row it covers.

Free Spins

The red B Bonus tile is the scatter. SlotCatalog lists free spins and scatter symbols as the game’s features, and in the sequel, Epic Cherry 2, three Bonus symbols award eight free spins at the same bet. We saw Bonus tiles on the reels but did not trigger the round in our Epic Cherry session.

The Controls

The controls are simple and sit under the reels: an autoplay button on the left, the large round spin button in the middle, a MAX button that jumps to the highest stake, and a bet field with minus and plus buttons. Measured against the 1,420x ceiling, even our best spin was a small step, which is exactly what the volatility rating suggests.

The top prize is 1,420x the bet, which fits the low-medium volatility. This is a game for steady, moderate wins rather than rare huge ones; the sevens are the most valuable part of the reels.

The Epic Cherry Series
