Crazy Coin Flip

Crazy Coin Flip Overview

Crazy Coin Flip is a live casino game from Evolution, released on 14 June 2022. It combines two RNG slot phases with a live coin flip: you qualify on a slot, build up multipliers, and a game host then flips a red-and-blue coin for the final payout. SlotCatalog lists an RTP of 96.05% for regular spins (96.00% for XXXtreme spins), a maximum win of 2,000x the stake and bets from $0.10 to $3,000.

The Qualifying Slot

The first phase is a 5x3 slot with card symbols, cherries, bells and the Crazy Coin Flip logo. It pays regular wins of 0.2x to 20x the stake. The banner at the top says “Catch 3 scatters to qualify”: three scatter symbols anywhere take you on to the bonus phases.

In our captures the stake was €0.50. One spin paid €0.20 for a small line, and the balance moved from €170.35 to €169.80.

XXXtreme Spins

The Activate XXXtreme Spins button changes the cost of each spin. According to SlotCatalog, XXXtreme mode costs 5x the stake and guarantees at least one scatter per spin, and Super XXXtreme costs 50x the stake and guarantees at least two.

The Top-Up Slot and the Coin Flip

Once qualified, the Top-Up phase is a 3x3 slot where three matching red or blue coins on the middle row add multipliers to that side of the coin. In the live bonus round the host adds more multipliers and then flips the coin with an air-pressure device; you are paid by the multiplier on whichever side lands face up.

The Studio and the Host

The live part takes place in a circus-style studio. The promotional image shows the presenter in a red ringmaster jacket with gold trim, holding a microphone, next to a large red-and-blue coin and the slot cabinet, with a banner reading “You qualified with €10”.

RTP and Stakes

With 96.05% for regular spins and 96.00% for XXXtreme spins, the return is in line with most modern slots. The wide bet range – from $0.10 to $3,000 per spin – and the 2,000x ceiling make it suitable for both small and large stakes.

Who Should Play It

Crazy Coin Flip suits players who like the pace of a slot but want a live finale. The video on this page shows the studio and the coin flip in action.
