Clover Royale Overview

Clover Royale is a five-reel, three-row fruit slot from Redstone, one of the studios whose games run on the Foxi (Fazi) platform. It plays across 5 fixed paylines and was released on 5 February 2025.

The game keeps the classic fruit machine layout, then adds two things on top of it: an expanding clover wild that carries a multiplier, and three progressive jackpots whose running totals sit in a bar above the reels.

Redstone publishes no RTP, volatility rating or maximum win for this title, and the slotcatalog listing shows all three as N/A. The betting range listed there runs from 0.60 to 100 per spin.

Gold, Black and a Lucky Clover

The presentation leans on luxury rather than nostalgia. The reels sit inside an ornate gold frame on a dark background, with a gold plaque carrying the game’s name at the top and scattered gold coins glowing in the corners.

The symbols are the familiar fruit machine cast, rendered in a glossy, slightly three-dimensional style: cherries, lemons, oranges, plums, grapes, watermelons and strawberries, a golden bell, a BAR tile and a red and gold lucky seven.

Both edges of the frame are marked “5 LINES”, a reminder that there is nothing to configure here – all five lines are always in play.

Five Lines, Kept Simple

The paytable shows exactly five lines: the three horizontal rows, a V shape running down through the middle and back up, and an inverted V running the other way. Wins pay from the leftmost reel on a line.

With so few lines, most spins land nothing at all, and the ones that do tend to pay a single line. That is what gives the clover wild its importance, as the next sections show.

The Paytable

At a 2.00 stake, the paytable reads as follows:

The lucky seven is the top symbol: five pay 100.00, four pay 50.00 and three pay 20.00. The bell and BAR share the next tier at 50.00, 20.00 and 10.00.

Grapes and watermelon pay 20.00 for five, 10.00 for four and 5.00 for three. The lowest tier, shared by plums, lemons, cherries, strawberries and oranges, pays 10.00, 5.00 and 2.00.

Put against the stake, five sevens are worth 50x, and a three-symbol win on the lowest tier returns exactly the stake. Those are modest numbers, and the base paytable is clearly not where the game expects its larger wins to come from.

The Expanding Clover Wild

The feature that matters is the green four-leaf clover. When it lands, it grows to fill its whole reel, with two clovers stacked above and below a gold panel in the centre that shows a multiplier.

That multiplier applies to any line win the wild completes. In our captures it read x3, x5 and x9, and it changed from one appearance to the next. In every capture we took, the wild landed on the second reel.

The effect on the paytable is dramatic. Three sevens alone pay 20.00, but with the wild at x9 in the middle of the line the same win paid 180.00 – that is 90x the stake, almost double what five sevens pay without help.

What the Session Paid

Every win we recorded can be checked against the table above. Three cherries through an x3 wild paid 6.00 (2.00 × 3). Three bells through an x5 wild paid 50.00 (10.00 × 5).

Without the wild, the returns were small. Four cherries on the bottom row paid 5.00, and three sevens straight across the middle row paid 20.00 – 10x the stake, and one of the better unassisted results the game can give.

Three Progressive Jackpots

Above the reels runs a bar with three jackpot counters, each marked with a gem: a diamond, a gold bar and a silver bar. The figures move continuously as the game is played.

Across our captures the diamond jackpot sat between 13,254.84 and 13,609.11, the gold between 2,503.87 and 2,787.29, and the silver between 238.79 and 348.48. At the 2.00 stake, the diamond figure is worth more than 6,600 times the bet.

Our captures of the help screens do not show how the jackpots are triggered, so we cannot say how often they land or whether the stake affects the chance. That is worth checking in the rules before you play for real money.

Clover Royale is for players who like a traditional fruit machine and want a little more than one. Five lines, a readable paytable and a single wild that does the heavy lifting make it easy to follow from the first spin.

The clover multiplier is the reason to play: it turns a 2.00 cherry line into 6.00 and a 20.00 seven line into 180.00. The jackpot bar adds a second, longer-term target.
