Features we found: free spins, multiplier, expanding
Every slot is scored on the same four criteria, using the game's published data: RTP (40%), maximum win potential (25%), bonus features described in our review (30%) and how recent the release is (5%). Our editors can adjust a score after playing the game. Missing data counts as neutral. The score reflects the game's numbers and features, not your chances of winning; slots are games of chance, so please play responsibly.

Golden Egg OverviewGolden Egg is a five-reel video slot from KA Gaming, played on a classic 5x3 grid with 15 fixed paylines. It was released on 13 November 2024. Its features are an egg-basket wild, a henhouse scatter and a free spins round that slotcatalog lists with a multiplier. KA Gaming offers Golden Egg at RTP settings from 82% to 98%, chosen by the casino; our data box shows 96%. No volatility rating or maximum win is published. The numbers in this review come from the game’s own paytable and from a demo session played at a $150 total bet. A note for players looking it up: several other games with similar names sit in the same casino libraries, including Golden Egg Invaders, Golden Egg Treasure and Hot Golden Egg. The one reviewed here is the KA Gaming title simply called Golden Egg. A Farm in the HillsThe setting is a green farm valley at sunset. The reels sit in a rustic wooden frame decorated with pink and white flowers, and behind them rolling hills, a winding river and a small village fade into a golden sky. A pumpkin and a bunch of tomatoes rest in the lower left corner, and orange tulips grow on the right. The paytable screen goes further into the countryside, with terraced rice fields and a village in the distance. The mood throughout is calm and warm rather than loud. The premium symbols tell the farm story. A plump brown hen is the top symbol, followed by a smiling farmer with a moustache and a hoe, a spilling sack of gold coins, a red tomato and a cob of sweetcorn. The low symbols are the card ranks A, K, Q, J and 10, drawn in soft bubble letters. The wild is a straw basket full of eggs marked WILD, and the scatter is a small wooden henhouse labelled SCATTER. Reels, Lines and BettingThe game uses 15 fixed lines, drawn on a simple line map with three straight rows, two V-shapes and a series of zigzags. The words 15 LINES are printed on both sides of the frame, and the top of the screen announces every line win individually, for example LINE 7 WINS $80.00. Our demo bet was $150, which is $10 per line. The control bar holds a NEW BET button, a MAX BET button and a central spin button that also starts autoplay when held. The PaytableThe paytable is printed in cash at the $150 bet, and three of the five premium symbols – the hen, the farmer and the coin sack – already pay for two of a kind on a line. The hen is the headline symbol: five pay $6,000, four pay $800, three $300 and two $50. Five hens on a line are worth 40x the total bet, which is a large jump from the four-of-a-kind and makes the fifth reel especially important. Measured against the $10 line stake, the hen’s five-of-a-kind is a 600x line win and the farmer’s a 300x line win. Below the top three symbols the values flatten quickly: four tomatoes pay only $250, less than the cost of two spins at this bet. The farmer pays $3,000 for five, $500 for four, $200 for three and $50 for two. The sack of gold coins pays $2,000 for five, $300 for four, $150 for three and $30 for two. The tomato pays $1,500 for five, $250 for four and $120 for three, and the sweetcorn pays $1,000 for five, $200 for four and $100 for three. The card ranks sit below these on a separate page of the paytable that we did not capture. The Egg Basket WildThe egg basket substitutes for the paying symbols and appeared only on the middle three reels in our session. It can land as a single symbol or stacked; on one spin two baskets stood one above the other on the third reel, and on another the baskets filled the whole third reel, with one more beside them at the top of the second. Because the basket never appeared on the first or fifth reel in our session, every line win still needs a real symbol on reel one. The wild’s job is to connect that symbol to matching ones further along the line, and a stacked column does this for several lines at once. Those stacked wilds are what turn Golden Egg’s modest line values into real wins. With 15 lines crossing the middle reels, a column of wilds can join several winning lines at once. What the Base Game PaidSmall wins came regularly. One spin paid $140 across two lines, another $100 from a pair of farmers and a short line, and a row of three sweetcorn cobs on the bottom row helped build a $500 total. The standout result came from the gold coin sacks. With two wild baskets stacked on the third reel and coin sacks spread across the other four reels, one spin paid $4,850 across several lines – 32x the total bet. Another spin with coin sacks running along the middle row paid $3,020, just over 20x. Each winning line is traced across the reels in its own colour, so on a busy spin like the $4,850 one the grid is crossed by several coloured paths at once, while the line numbers and their values are announced one after another at the top of the screen. A spin with wild baskets filling the third reel paid $620, with a line of queens and a line of tomatoes among the winning combinations. The Henhouse Scatter and Free SpinsThe henhouse scatter can land on any reel; in our session it appeared on the first, third and fourth reels, though never three at a time. According to slotcatalog, the scatter triggers a free spins round with a multiplier. We did not trigger the round during our demo session, so we cannot confirm the number of free spins or the size of the multiplier. Players who want to see it in action should use the free demo on this page before playing for real money. Who Should Play ItGolden Egg suits players who prefer a traditional 15-line slot with a clear paytable and a gentle theme. The stacked egg-basket wilds give the base game more punch than its line values suggest, as our 32x coin-sack spin showed. The weak points are the casino-dependent RTP, the missing volatility figure, and a free spins round that is described only briefly by the available sources. There is also no buy feature, so the bonus has to be triggered naturally. Where to Play Golden EggYou can try this game on Casino007 Online Casino.
