Cash Truck Begins Overview

Cash Truck Begins is a high-volatility heist slot from Quickspin, released on 2 June 2025. As the name suggests, it is the origin story of the studio’s Cash Truck series. The reels are 5 wide and up to 7 high, giving up to 16,807 ways to win, but the top part of the grid starts locked and only opens up as you win.

Theme and Graphics

Tumbling Reels and the Expanding Play Area

Every base-game round starts on a 5x7 grid with the top 3 positions of each reel locked, so only a 5x4 area is in play at first. Winning symbols are removed and new ones drop down, and the tumbling continues as long as new wins appear.

Each tumble that creates a win also opens up three random locked positions, revealing the symbols underneath. A long chain of tumbles therefore grows the grid step by step towards the full 16,807 ways.

Big Wild

The first time in a base-game round that there are no locked spots left after all tumbles have finished, a 3x3 Big Wild is placed in the centre of the play area and the wins are evaluated again. Both the regular Wild and the Big Wild substitute for all symbols except the Bonus Scatter.

Second Chance

If exactly two Bonus Scatters are in the open area after the tumbles end, the Second Chance has not yet happened that round and the Big Wild is not triggering, the Second Chance kicks in. It clears the open play area of every symbol except the two scatters and drops in new symbols – one more shot at the third scatter.

The Bonus Game

Three or more unlocked Bonus Scatter symbols award the Bonus Game; every scatter beyond the third adds an extra Expander symbol at the start. The round begins with 3 spins, and every time a symbol lands anywhere, the counter resets to 3. Each symbol that lands stays in place for the rest of the bonus unless another feature removes it, and all values are shown as multiples of the base bet. The round ends when the spins run out.

• Upgrader – upgrades the adjacent symbols: a Cash can become a Grabber or Booster, and a Grabber, Zapper or Booster becomes its Brutal version.
• Expander – unlocks three random positions from the locked area.

The Brutal symbols are the key to big results, because they keep working on every spin for the rest of the round. A Brutal Booster or Brutal Zapper landing early can snowball the values on the grid.

Target Eliminated: the 20,000x Maximum Win

A total Bonus Game win of 20,000x the bet triggers Target Eliminated: the bonus ends immediately and pays the full 20,000x.
