3 Chinese Charms Overview

3 Chinese Charms is an Asian themed video slot from Spinomenal, released on 7 September 2026. It plays on 5 reels and 3 rows with 10 fixed paylines, and it combines the popular 3 Pots mechanic with a Hold and Win style bonus game, which the game itself calls Hold & Hit.

The symbols are lucky charms of Chinese culture: a red lucky money bag, a gold ingot, a green lantern and a blue folding fan. The low symbols are the card royals A, K, Q and J, drawn in a decorative Chinese brush style. The Wild is a golden money tree full of coins.

Symbols and Paytable

At a bet of 50, the paytable shows these values for five, four and three of a kind:

• Wild (Money Tree): 5,000, 1,000 and 250 – 100x the bet for five,
• Money Bag and Gold Ingot: 2,500, 500 and 200,
• Lantern and Fan: 1,250, 400 and 100,
• A, K, Q and J: 500, 150 and 50.

The game uses 10 fixed lines, and wins on several lines in the same round are added together. In our session, three J symbols paid 50, and a screen full of J symbols, with money bags on reels 4 and 5, paid 500 on a 50 bet.

Bonus and Special Bonus Symbols

The golden Bonus coin carries a cash value or a jackpot label. Besides it, there are three Special Bonus coins: the green Boost, the red Multi and the blue Collect coin. 6 or more qualifying symbols – any mix of Bonus and Special Bonus coins – trigger the bonus game. The triggering symbols stay locked on the screen.

The special coins also decide which features are active in the bonus game: only the special symbols that appeared in the triggering spin, or that are revealed later by a Mystery symbol, can take part. In one of our triggers, a green Boost coin landed together with a Major coin and several cash coins worth 150 to 250. Another trigger was even stronger: five Major coins on reels 1 and 2, a sixth on reel 5 and three red Multi coins on reels 3 and 4, so the bonus started with the Multi feature active and plenty of jackpot value already on the grid.

The Hold and Win Bonus Game

The round starts with 3 spins, and only Bonus and Special Bonus symbols can land. On each spin, empty spots can also award prizes of x1, x2, x3, x4, x5, x7 or x10 the bet. Every new symbol resets the counter to 3. The round ends after 3 spins without a new symbol, when all 15 cells are filled, or when the total reaches the 3,000x cap. At the end, all collected values are added together and paid.

In our first bonus, eight coins worth 50 to 350 were already on the grid, together 1,500, or 30x the bet.

Boost, Multi, Collect and Mystery

• Boost (green): picks a random value of x2, x3, x4, x5, x7 or x10 the bet, adds it to all symbols on the reels and keeps that value as its own.
• Multi (red): picks a random multiplier of x2, x3 or x5, applies it to all symbols on the reels and then takes its own value based on that multiplier.
• Collect (blue): collects the values of all Bonus symbols on the reels and keeps the total as its own value.
• Mystery: a rainbow coin that appears only in the bonus game and turns into a Boost, Multi, Collect or Jackpot symbol.

The features can work together, and this is where the big wins come from. In our best round, a blue Collect coin showed 44,600 and a red Multi coin 94,400, while x2 and x4 multipliers sat on the Mini, Minor and Major coins. In the same session, the win meter showed 150,000 – the full 3,000x cap on a 50 bet.

Jackpots

Jackpot symbols can land at random during the bonus game. The Major pays 150x the bet, the Minor 50x and the Mini 20x. If you fill all 15 cells, you win the Grand Jackpot of 3,000x. At a 50 bet, the jackpot panel shows 150,000, 7,500, 2,500 and 1,000.

Bonus Blast Feature

The Bonus Blast can activate at random in the base game. The game tracks the Special Bonus symbols you collected on previous spins, each type separately. When special symbols of the collected types land again, extra Bonus and Special Bonus symbols can spread across the reels to make sure there are enough to trigger the bonus game.
