Lava Diamonds Christmas Overview

The symbols are the traditional fruit set – cherries, lemons, oranges, plums, grapes and watermelons – plus three cut diamonds in red, blue and green. Winning symbols are framed in orange and cracked with lava, and a line shows which of the ten paylines paid.

The Paytable

Every symbol in the game pays for as few as two of a kind, which is unusual; most classic fruit slots only pay the sevens or the top symbols for two.

At the $50 bet the three coloured diamonds share the top of the table: $10,000 for five, $2,500 for four, $500 for three and $100 for two. Five diamonds on a line are therefore worth 200x the total stake.

The watermelon and the grapes pay $2,500, $600, $125 and $25. The plum and the orange pay $1,000, $250, $100 and $10. The lemon and the cherries are the cheapest symbols, at $500, $125, $50 and $10.

The steps between tiers are large: for five of a kind, each tier pays between two and four times the one below it, and the two-of-a-kind payouts are small change – $10 on a $50 bet is a fifth of the stake.

The White Diamond Scatter

The game’s only special symbol is the white diamond scatter shown in the header. Its paytable entry sits above the fruit, and the banner next to the logo makes the rule plain: three white diamonds are worth 10,000x.

That is exactly the published maximum win, so in this game the scatter prize is the ceiling itself. No combination of line wins comes close: even five coloured diamonds on every one of the ten lines would pay 2,000x, a fifth of what the scatter trio is worth.

We did not land the three white diamonds in our session, which is what you would expect from a prize worth fifty times more than the best possible line win.

What Our Session Paid

The smallest win in our captures was $10 for two oranges on line 2, the two-of-a-kind rule in action. Three oranges on another line paid $100 (2x), and four cherries paid $125 (2.5x).

A better spin combined several short wins involving the red diamonds and the watermelons for $225 (4.5x). The best result we recorded was a multi-line win of $1,330 – 26.6x – built mainly from four grapes on the top row, worth $600 on its own, with oranges and more grapes paying on the lines below.

That is a fair picture of the game: frequent small wins from the two-of-a-kind pays, occasional stacked multi-line results, and a large gap between the everyday wins and the 10,000x scatter at the top.

The Ten Paylines

The payline screen shows the ten lines drawn on the 5x3 grid. Lines 1 to 3 are the three straight rows, and the rest are the familiar V shapes, inverted Vs and zig-zags that bend through the middle row.

The numbered markers on both sides of the reels show where each line starts, and when a line pays, the game draws it across the reels in orange. That makes it easy to check any win against the paytable, which is how we confirmed the $10, $100 and $125 results above.

Wins pay from left to right, starting on the first reel, and a two-symbol win needs the first two reels. With every symbol paying for two, many of the wins are smaller than the stake, as our $10 example shows.
