Go Go Fishing Overview

Go Go Fishing is a multiplayer fish shooting game from KA Gaming, released on 15 May 2024. Instead of spinning reels, you control a cannon at the bottom of an underwater scene and fire at the fish swimming past. Each fish has its own multiplier, and every catch pays that multiplier times your bet.

KA Gaming has not published an RTP, a volatility rating or a maximum win for the game. SlotCatalog lists it as a shooting game with bets from 0.01 to 10 per shot.

Theme and Design

The action takes place on a deep blue reef full of corals, sea anemones and glowing crystals. Small tropical fish, turtles, crabs and jellyfish swim through in shoals, while larger targets – silver swordfish, golden and silver arowanas, a crowned whale – cross the screen more slowly. The biggest attraction is a fire-breathing sea dragon, the creature on the game’s logo.

Up to four players share the same ocean: the other cannon positions are marked “Waiting for player” until someone joins. Your own cannon sits at the bottom left, with the bet selector and your balance underneath, and three buttons in the middle: Lock, Power and Auto.

How It Plays

The game rules describe it as a multi-player hunting game. Each bullet follows the direction of the cannon at the moment it is fired. When a bullet hits the edge of the screen, it bounces back until it hits a fish, and that hit decides the result. Moving the cannon afterwards does not change the path of bullets already fired.

The Lock button lets you fix your aim on a single target, and Auto fires continuously so that you do not have to tap for every shot.

Power Bullet

The Power button switches to the Power Bullet. The rules make one important point about it: when you use a Power Bullet, the win is calculated by multiplying your selected bet by the fish’s multiplier, not by the price of the Power Bullet. In our screenshots the button shows its own price, which is higher than the base bet.

Fish Values

All wins are multiplied by the total bet. One page of the paytable lists the larger fish:

Red crab-like creature: 80x
Crowned whale: 60x
Silver swordfish: 40x
Golden arowana: 35x
Silver arowana: 30x

The paytable has eight pages in total. The small reef fish pay far less, while the dragon sits above all of these.

Catches From Our Session

Our screenshots match the paytable closely:

at a $5 bet, a catch paid $300 – 60x, the crowned whale’s value;
at $5, another paid $175 – 35x, the golden arowana;
at $10, a catch paid $600 – again 60x;
at $8, the sea dragon paid $1,592 – 199 times the bet, the biggest win we saw.

Bombing Event

KA Gaming highlights a bombing event as the high point of the game, a burst of activity that clears many fish at once. It did not come up in our screenshots, so we cannot describe how it is triggered.

Playing on Mobile

Go Go Fishing is built in HTML5 and runs in the browser on phones, tablets and desktop computers. The layout suits a touchscreen, and the three large buttons in the middle of the bottom bar are easy to reach. The free demo is the simplest way to try the controls before playing for real money.

Tips Before You Play

Every shot costs your bet, and the fish multiplier is applied to that same bet, so the bet level decides the size of both your costs and your catches. The larger fish pay much more, so it is worth deciding in advance how long you want to follow a single target before switching back to the smaller ones. The Lock button helps with that, while Auto is better suited to steady shooting at the shoals.

Because other players can join the same ocean, the screen can become crowded with bullets. Your own shots and wins are shown at your cannon position, so keep an eye on your balance there.

Our Verdict

Go Go Fishing follows the classic fish shooting formula and does it cleanly. The screen is busy without being confusing, the values of the bigger fish are easy to remember, and the sea dragon gives you a clear target to chase. The Lock and Auto buttons make longer sessions comfortable. The free demo above runs on KA Gaming’s own demo server and needs no registration.
