Mega Hot 20 Overview

Mega Hot 20 is a classic fruit slot from Foxi (Fazi), released on 3 August 2024. It plays on 5 reels and 3 rows with 20 fixed paylines, and bets run from 0.20 to 500. The game keeps the familiar line-up of sevens, bells and fruit, and adds one twist that decides almost everything: a full-reel multiplier that can multiply the whole spin by up to five.

SlotCatalog lists a maximum win of 1,500x the bet, but neither an RTP nor a volatility rating is published for Mega Hot 20, so our data box leaves those two fields open rather than guess. All figures below come from our own demo session, played at 3.00 per line, which makes a total bet of 60.00.

Red Fire and Glossy Fruit

The reels sit in a gold frame on a dark red background, and every winning symbol bursts into flame for a moment before the payline is drawn across it in thin gold. The symbols are large and glossy: a red seven, a golden bell, grapes, watermelon, plums, oranges and cherries. Two small hexagons on either side of the grid show the fixed number of lines, 20.

Below the reels, two counters show the Platinum and Diamond jackpots. In our session the Platinum stood at 15.92 and the Diamond at 1,121.80, and the panel switched between the two during play.

The Paytable

The info screen prints every prize in cash for the current stake. At a total bet of 60.00 the red seven is the top symbol: five pay 15,000.00 (250x the bet), four pay 3,000.00 (50x) and three pay 300.00 (5x).

The bell follows with 3,000.00, 900.00 and 150.00 – 50x, 15x and 2.5x. Grapes pay 900.00, 240.00 and 90.00, the watermelon 600.00, 150.00 and 60.00, the plum 360.00, 120.00 and 30.00, and cherries and oranges share the lowest line with 300.00, 90.00 and 30.00. Only the highest win on each payline is paid, and all wins run from left to right starting on the first reel.

The Special Multiplier

The feature that sets Mega Hot 20 apart is written at the top of the rules: “9, 12 or 15 of a kind from grapes, watermelon, plum, orange or cherry on the first 3, 4 or 5 reels multiplies the total game win by x3, x4 or x5.” In other words, if the fruit fills the first three reels completely, the whole spin is tripled; four full reels quadruple it, and a completely filled screen multiplies it by five.

The multiplier applies only to the fruit, not to the sevens or the bells. It also explains the published ceiling exactly: a full screen of grapes pays 900.00 on every one of the 20 lines, which is 18,000.00, and the x5 multiplier turns that into 90,000.00 – precisely 1,500x the 60.00 bet.

What the Session Did

The base game paid steadily. An early spin with oranges on several lines paid 180.00 (3x), and a cluster of bells across the first three reels paid 300.00 (5x).

The spin that shows the multiplier rule best paid 840.00 (14x). The watermelons covered almost all of the first three reels, but a seven sat in the top position of reel 3, so there were eight melons rather than nine and the x3 did not trigger. The payout matches fourteen melon lines at 60.00 each – a good illustration of how close a full-reel multiplier can come.

Two bigger wins came from the premium symbols. Four bells on line 3 paid 900.00, and together with the other lines the spin reached 2,100.00 (35x), announced as a Super Win. Four sevens on line 6 then paid 3,000.00 (50x) on a single line, which the game celebrated as a Mega Win.

Jackpots and Gamble

SlotCatalog lists a progressive jackpot for Mega Hot 20, and the two counters under the reels are its visible part. The rules we captured do not explain how the Platinum and Diamond jackpots are awarded, so we only report the values we saw.

After a win the game offers a Gamble button next to Take Win, so you can risk the prize in a double-or-nothing round. There is also an autoplay option.

Paylines and Controls

The 20 paylines are fixed, and the line map in the rules shows the usual straight rows together with zigzag and V-shaped patterns. The bet per line is chosen with the plus and minus buttons, and the total bet is shown next to it. The game’s display counts in credits of 0.01 USD in the demo.

Reading the Numbers

The paytable is steep at the top. A line of five sevens is worth 250x the bet, while five of the cheapest fruit pay only 5x, so the base game is mostly made of small fruit wins with an occasional bell or seven line in between. The real upside sits in the full-reel multiplier, which only works with fruit.

Without published RTP or volatility figures, the best guide is the structure itself: frequent small wins, rare large ones, and a 1,500x ceiling that requires a full screen of the same fruit.

Who Should Play It

Mega Hot 20 suits players who like classic fruit machines with a clear rule to chase. There are no free spins and no buy feature, so every result comes straight from the reels, the multiplier and the jackpot counters.

If you prefer games with published RTP figures and bonus rounds, this is not the right title; if you enjoy watching the first three reels fill with the same fruit, it is a straightforward and readable choice.
