Dice Double Overview

Dice Double is a classic dice slot from the Redstone studio, released under the Foxi (Fazi) brand on 3 August 2024. It plays on 5 reels and 3 rows with 5 fixed paylines, and every symbol is a glossy die – the fruit-machine icons of a classic slot turned into dice faces.

A Table of Glowing Dice

The reels sit on a deep red background under a gold Dice Double logo, framed in gold like a casino table. Each symbol is a die: a red die with a golden 7, a red die with a bell, an orange die with a blue star, a purple die, and plain dice in blue, green, orange and teal.

When a line wins, the dice light up and a gold line connects them, and the total appears in large gold figures under the reels. The controls are minimal: balance and stake on the left, autoplay and the spin button on the right.

Controls and Information Pages

The bottom bar shows the balance and the stake on the left, and an AUTO button beside the round spin button on the right. The menu opens four options – Info, Settings, History and Close – and the information pages are laid out in several screens that you page through with arrows: the symbol wins, the paylines and the rules.

The history button is worth knowing about in a game with growing jackpots: it lets you check what each spin paid after the fact, which is easier than following the fast win animations on the reels.

Five Lines and the Paytable

The five lines are simple: the middle row, the top row, the bottom row, a V shape and an inverted V. The paytable shows the pays for the current stake, so at 10.00 they read directly as multiples of ten.

The golden 7 is the top symbol: five pay 6,000, four pay 400, three pay 100 and even two pay 20 – that is 600x the stake for a full line. The bell and the star both pay 1,000 for five (100x) and 200 for four; for three the bell pays 80 and the star 30. The purple die pays 400, 100 and 40, and the plain coloured dice share the lowest line at 200, 60 and 20.

Our session confirmed the table exactly: five purple dice on the bottom line paid 400.00, which is 40x the stake.

Wilds and the x2 Multiplier

The wild is a purple die marked with a gold W. In our captures it appeared only on the three middle reels, where it filled gaps in lines of coloured dice. Some wilds carry an x2 badge: in one spin three stacked x2 wilds on the middle reel joined a line of blue dice, and the spin paid 80.00.

Other wins show how often the wilds join in. Green dice with a wild on reel 2 paid 100.00, orange and green dice linked by two wilds on reel 3 paid 140.00, and a line of green dice with one wild on reel 4 paid 200.00 (20x).

Reading the Line Wins

Because every symbol is a die, the screen can look busy at first, but the colours make the lines easy to follow. A win always starts on the leftmost reel, and the winning dice light up while the others stay dark. The smallest result in our captures, 20.00, came from just two golden 7s on the left of a diagonal line – the 7 is the only symbol that pays for two.

The coloured dice need three in a row, and the wilds make that happen more often than you might expect. In our 100.00 spin, green dice on reels 1, 3 and 4 were joined by two wilds on reel 2, and the same stack of wilds completed a second green line. In the 140.00 spin, orange dice on reels 1 and 2 connected through the wilds on reel 3 to another orange die on reel 4.

SlotCatalog also lists expanding symbols and scatters among the game’s features. Neither showed up in a way we could identify in our captures, so we mention them only as part of the published feature list. What we did see is that the wilds often land stacked on a whole reel, which has a similar effect: one reel of wilds can complete several lines at once.

The Three Jackpots

Above the reels, three counters show the progressive jackpots: a diamond, a gold bar and a silver bar. At the start of our session they read 15,755.58, 1,804.47 and 302.23, and they grew with every spin, to 15,911.64, 1,929.31 and 364.66 by the end.

At a 10.00 stake the diamond jackpot was worth more than 1,500x the bet. Gold coin symbols appeared on the reels in one of our spins, but the game does not say in our captures how the jackpots are won, so we leave that open.

What the Session Showed

Our wins ranged from 20.00 (2x) for a pair of golden 7s to 400.00 (40x) for the purple line. With only five lines, most spins pay one or two lines at a time, and the balance moves in small steps – the big results depend on the 7s and the jackpots.

Balance, Stakes and Volatility

Our balance moved between roughly 480 and 970 FUN during the captures at a 10.00 stake, which gives a feel for the rhythm of the game: a run of small line wins, a few empty spins, then a larger line such as the purple dice or a pair of wilds with 7s. Without a published volatility rating we cannot put a label on it, but the paytable points to a game where the golden 7 and the jackpots carry most of the value.

The stake range of 0.5 to 50 is narrow compared with modern video slots, and at the top stake a full line of golden 7s would pay 30,000. The jackpot counters keep growing between wins, so their values in your session will differ from ours.
