Bingo Valhalla Overview

A Viking Hall

The game is set in a dark stone hall with burning braziers. A blonde Valkyrie with an axe stands in the middle, and four bronze-framed cards surround the Bingo Valhalla logo. SlotCatalog describes it as a wintery Viking realm of Valkyries and Norse mythology, and the palette of ice blue, white and stone grey carries that through to the balls and the pattern icons.

Cards and Draw

You play up to four cards, each a 3x5 grid of numbers between 1 and 90. Our total bet was FUN 40. Each round draws 30 balls, shown in two rows under the cards, and matched numbers light up. The Change Cards button replaces all four cards at random before the game starts.

The Patterns

Eight patterns run along the top, with prizes shown for the current card bet. At FUN 10 per card they read 15K, 5K, BONUS, 1K, 100, 40, 20 and 10 – from 1,500x down to 1x the card bet.

Extra Balls

After the regular draw you can buy up to 13 extra balls, one at a time. The rules say the price depends on the current odds of winning and rises as those odds improve; answering ‘No’ ends the round.

Our Rounds

Our first round paid FUN 20 from one card. The next paid FUN 60: FUN 40 on one card and FUN 20 on another. Over the captured rounds the balance moved from FUN 1,000 to FUN 910.

The Controls

The bar at the bottom shows the balance, the total bet with plus and minus buttons, a coin stack for the card bet and a card counter set to 4. An INSTANT button skips the animation, and the Change Cards option can be used as often as you like before a game starts.

How Wins Show Up

Each card has its own bet and win line at the top. When a card completes a pattern, the matching cells light up and the card’s WON field fills in – in our second round the bottom-left card showed WON 40.00 and the top-right card WON 20.00. Numbers that would complete a further pattern are marked on the card, which is what the extra-ball offer is based on.

The Numbers to Keep in Mind

A 95.16% RTP is a little below the usual slot average. Caleta publishes no maximum win, but the top pattern pays 1,500x the card bet – FUN 15,000 on a FUN 10 card.
