Grandma Bingo Overview

Grandma Bingo is a video bingo game from Caleta Gaming, released on 17 March 2025 according to SlotCatalog. A smiling grandmother in red runs the draw from a golden ball cage flanked by dragons, and up to four bingo cards are played at once.

The game’s own banner promises “WIN UP TO 10000x”. SlotCatalog lists bets from $0.04 to $280 but gives no RTP or volatility, and Caleta does not publish them either, so those fields stay open. The numbers below come from our own demo session.

Cards and the Draw

Each card is a 3x5 grid of 15 numbers, and each has its own bet and win display. We played all four cards at €50 each, a total of €200, from a demo balance of €10,000. SlotCatalog says 30 balls are drawn per round and marked automatically; matched numbers turn into gold tiles, and the drawn balls line up in the dragon-framed tray below.

The Controls

The layout is simple. A large green button starts the draw with minus and plus buttons to change the bet. Each card has a small X in its corner, so you can switch cards off and play fewer than four; the TOTAL BET and BET fields at the bottom show the full stake and the bet per round.

The Pattern Table

The top of the screen shows the patterns and what they pay on a €50 card. The best pattern is worth €250,000, or 5,000x the card bet. Below it come two BONUS patterns, then €12,500, €5,000, two at €3,500, two at €1,500, two at €500, €400, two at €200 and €100 – the smallest prize is 2x the card bet.

Near Misses and Extra Balls

When a card is one number away from a pattern, that number is tagged with the prize it would complete – in our round, 27 would have paid 3.5K and 78 later showed 5K. After the main draw the game offers extra balls through the EXTRA button, and the price changes with how much is at stake: we were quoted €148.55 for one ball and €461.96 for a later one. The extra balls come out of the orange lanterns on both sides of the cage.

Jackpot Tiers

A row of purple orbs above the cards leads to four jackpot frames worth €5,000, €20,000, €100,000 and a €500,000 JACKPOT at our stake. Two of the five orbs were lit in our captures. SlotCatalog also lists two bonus rounds – Pots of Fortune, where you pick mystery pots, and Grandma’s Tea, where filled cups add multipliers – which we did not reach.

Our Round

The main draw paid €100 on the first card. We then kept buying extra balls: ball 70 arrived, and later ball 8 completed a pattern worth €400 on the fourth card, taking that card to €1,900 and the round’s win to €1,600 on the display. The extras pushed the total bet from €200 to €2,697.99, and the balance ended at €7,302.01 – a reminder that extra balls can cost more than the prizes they bring.

The Numbers to Keep in Mind

With no published RTP, the pattern table is the best guide: most prizes are small multiples of the card bet, while the top pattern at 5,000x and the jackpot tiers carry the big numbers. The extra-ball offers are where a session can turn expensive, because their price rises as a card gets closer to a big pattern.

Grandma Bingo belongs to Caleta’s wide range of video bingo games; if you enjoy the format, Beto Bingo and Boteco Bingo work in a similar way.
