Savage Frontier Overview

Savage Frontier is a Wild West slot from Eurasian Gaming, released on 16 June 2025. The logo on the reels reads “Savage Frontier Hold and Win”, which points to its main feature. It plays on a compact 3x3 grid with 5 lines, and SlotCatalog lists it with low volatility and a maximum win of 1,000x the bet; no RTP is published, so we leave that field open.

Eurasian Gaming’s demos cannot be embedded on third-party sites, so there is no playable demo on this page. All figures below come from our own session at a bet multiplier of 10 – 50.00 in total.

A Frontier Town

The reels stand in a wooden frame on the main street of a dusty frontier town, with a saloon to the left and false-front buildings on both sides. The symbols are a bandit with a sombrero and two revolvers, a cowgirl on horseback, a saloon, a sheriff’s star, and card letters A, K, Q and J drawn in Western style.

The Paytable

With only three reels, every win is a three-of-a-kind on one of the five lines. At 50.00 in total the saloon pays 1,000.00 (20x), the cowgirl on horseback and the sheriff’s star pay 800.00 each (16x), and all four letters pay 200.00 (4x). The bandit is the top symbol: three of them on a line paid 1,500.00 in our session – 30x the bet.

Five Lines on Three Reels

A 3x3 grid leaves room for five lines: the three rows and the two diagonals. Our captures show wins on all three types – aces across the middle row, bandits along the top row and bandits on a diagonal with the wild – so every position on the grid counts. The centre cell sits on three of the five lines – the middle row and both diagonals – which makes it the most valuable spot for a high symbol or the wild.

Because there are so few lines, the gap between a letter win (4x) and a picture win (16x to 30x) is what decides a session. A spin with two lines of letters pays 8x, while a single line of bandits pays almost four times as much.

The Bull-Rider Wild

The WILD shows a rider on a bucking bull. In our session it filled the whole third reel, and with bandits on reels 1 and 2 it completed a diagonal line for 1,500.00. A full wild reel on a 3x3 grid touches all five lines at once, so it is the symbol that turns a small spin into a large one.

Hold and Win Respins

The Hold and Win round replaces the reels with nine empty panels in a desert canyon. Cash symbols – cacti wearing sombreros, each with a value – lock in place, and the respins continue while new values land. In the round we captured, three cacti worth 250.00, 250.00 and 150.00 sat in the middle column, the counter showed “Playing respins 10 of 10”, and the total above the grid read 2,150.00 – 43x the bet.

SlotCatalog also lists sticky symbols, random multipliers, symbol swaps and a bonus game among the features. We did not see all of them in our captures, so we only mention them here.

Buy Feature

A Buy Feature sign hangs on the right of the reels. At our bet it cost 4,000.00 – 80x the total bet – and takes you straight into the feature. SlotCatalog also lists a gamble (double) game.

Our Session

Letters paid most often: a row of aces paid 200.00, and three kings across two lines paid 400.00. A locomotive symbol also appeared on the bottom row; its role is not shown in the paytable page we captured.

The two bandit wins – one on the top row, one on the diagonal with the bull-rider wild – were the best results at 1,500.00 each. The balance moved between roughly 6,400 and 10,850 during the captures.

The Hold and Win round we captured shows why the feature matters: its 2,150.00 total is larger than any line win in the base game, and more than double the saloon’s 1,000.00 top line prize. The buy price of 80x, on the other hand, is well above what that round returned, so buying the feature is a way to reach it faster rather than a guaranteed profit.

Who Should Play It

Savage Frontier suits players who want a small, simple grid with a Hold and Win round on top. Five lines and low volatility keep the base game steady, while the full wild reel and the cactus respins provide the bigger moments.
