Moon Goddess Overview

Moon Goddess is a Mid-Autumn Festival slot from Eurasian Gaming, released on 2 October 2025. It plays on a 5x4 grid with 1,024 ways to win, and SlotCatalog rates its volatility as medium. A Night of Lanterns and Mooncakes

The grid sits under a full moon, between a red pagoda on the left and floating paper lanterns on the right. The symbols follow the festival: mooncakes, a glowing paper lantern, a pink lotus, a bottle of moon elixir, the jade rabbit with its mortar, and a young hero in dark robes. The low symbols are A, K and Q, drawn as calligraphy on red scrolls.

The goddess herself is the wild – a woman in red and gold robes with “WILD” written under her.

The Paytable

Five heroes are therefore worth 8x the bet on a single way. The value of the game lies in how many ways a screen can connect, and in the multiplier above the reels.

How the 1,024 Ways Work

With four rows on five reels there are 4 × 4 × 4 × 4 × 4 = 1,024 ways to connect symbols. A win needs matching symbols on adjacent reels from the leftmost reel, in any row, and every extra copy of a symbol on a reel multiplies the number of ways it pays on.

That is why a screen full of mooncakes or lotus flowers can pay well even though a single five-of-a-kind way is worth only a few times the bet: the same symbol stacked on several reels is counted many times over.

Bet Settings

The panel under the grid shows a BET PER WAY control with plus and minus buttons, next to the balance and the total bet. In our session the control read 2.00 USD with a total bet of 50.00 USD. SlotCatalog lists the bet range as $0.01 to $2, the same scale as the bet-per-way control, and all paytable values scale with it.

The Win Multiplier

A red plaque above the middle reel shows the current multiplier. In our base game it read x1 on most spins and x2 after a win. According to SlotCatalog, the multiplier grows with each consecutive win – up to 5x in the base game and 10x in the free spins – and resets when a spin does not win.

Two of our base-game spins show how much a busy screen can connect: a spread of mooncakes paid 320.00 USD (6.4x), and a run of lotus flowers across three reels paid 96.00 USD.

The Lunar Blessing

The game's signature feature is the Lunar Blessing. When it triggers, the banner under the reels reads “CHOOSE YOUR LUNAR BLESSING!” and six positions around the goddess turn into white clouds marked PICK.

Each cloud hides a reward. In our round the clouds opened to three +5 FREESPIN awards and one ALL WILDS. SlotCatalog describes the same mechanic: scatters landing on the centre reels become wilds and mystery clouds, which can reveal free spins or sticky golden wilds.

Free Spins

In the free spins the night sky turns into a lantern-lit street, a counter on the right shows the spins left, and the multiplier plaque stays in play. Our rounds produced wins of 240.00 USD and 200.00 USD from single spins, and in a later round a x2 multiplier doubled a 600.00 USD win to 1,200.00 USD. The win meter of that round went on to 1,400.00 USD – 28x the bet.

Buy Feature and Power Play

A Buy Feature button sits to the right of the grid, priced at 2,500.00 USD at our 50.00 bet – 50x. It opens the Power Play screen, which offers two options:

• Buy-Bonus Feature: the next round costs 2,500.00 USD and goes straight into the bonus;
• Fast-Play Feature: plays a chosen number of rounds automatically and shows the total, stopping early if a bonus triggers.

The price is worth comparing with what the free spins actually paid in our session. The best round we recorded reached 1,400.00 USD, or 28x the bet – a little more than half of the 50x it costs to buy the feature outright. The multiplier and the Lunar Blessing can push a round much higher, but a bought bonus is no guarantee of getting the price back.
