Mummy's Gold Overview

Mummy's Gold is an Egyptian slot from BGaming, released on 2 November 2023. It is a straightforward 5x3 game with 15 paylines, a mummy wild, scatter-triggered free spins and a card gamble. The Setting

The reels are set into a sandstone doorway, with desert dunes and a striped tent behind them. On the left stands an explorer in a wide-brimmed hat, holding a glass as if toasting your spins. The symbols are carved stone tiles: coloured hieroglyphs for the low values, Egyptian artefacts for the high ones, and a bandaged mummy for the wild.

The Paytable

We played at a total bet of 7.50, which is 0.50 per line across the 15 lines. The paytable shows the line wins at that stake:

• Eye of Horus: 500 / 125 / 50 for five, four and three, and 9 for two

Five Eyes of Horus on one line pay 500 – about 67 times the 7.50 total bet. The three premium symbols are the only ones that pay for two of a kind.

The Mummy Wild

The mummy, framed in red and labelled WILD, substitutes for the other symbols to complete lines. In our screenshots it appears on several reels and turns up in most of the bigger wins: next to a pharaoh mask for a 9.00 win, beside an Eye of Horus and a papyrus scroll for 40.50, and on reel 5 during a 76.00 spin.

• 40.50 – with the wild in the middle row: 5.4x

The 16.00 spin checks out against the table exactly – two lines of three blue rings at 8 each. The other results combine several lines, as is usual on a 15-line game with a wild.

Free Spins

The purple papyrus scroll is the scatter, and it appears in several of our screenshots. BGaming’s rules are simple: three or more scatters anywhere on the reels trigger 10 free spins, played “inside the mummy tomb”, and the round is retriggered if three more scatters land during the bonus. The wild substitutes for every symbol except the scatter, so the scroll has to arrive on its own.

The Gamble

After a win you can open the risk game. It shows a face-down card with an Eye of Horus on the back and two ways to bet:
