Giga Fruits Overview

Giga Fruits is a fruit slot from Zeus Play (now Sky Interactive), released in June 2025. It runs on 5 reels and 3 rows with 20 fixed paylines, and its twist arrives in the free spins, when the three middle reels merge into a single giant reel.

The studio’s own game page gives an RTP of 94.95% and medium-low volatility. No maximum win is published. The figures below come from our own demo session, played at a €20 bet.

A Classic Fruit Machine, Polished

The reels sit in a gold frame on a bright green background patterned with diamonds, under a large “GIGA fruits” logo. The symbols are glossy, cartoon-style fruit: watermelon slices, grapes, strawberries, bananas, pears, plums, oranges and cherries. The wild is a fruit basket marked WILD, and the scatter is a blue star.

Winning lines are drawn across the reels in orange, and each line win is shown in a small label next to the first symbol while the total appears in the middle of the grid.

Reading the Screen

The controls are kept to a narrow strip under the reels. The bottom left corner shows the bet and the credit balance, the centre shows the win for the last spin, and a large square spin button sits on the right with smaller icons around it for the menu and settings. Nothing covers the reels during play, so the full 5x3 grid stays visible at all times.

When a spin wins, every paying line is traced across the grid at the same time, the symbols on it glow, and a shower of gold coins falls through the middle of the screen. The label beside reel one tells you what that particular line paid, which makes it easy to see how a total is made up.

The Paytable

The paytable screen lists the prizes for three, four and five of a kind. Measured against the total bet, the watermelon is the top fruit at 20x for five, 10x for four and 1x for three. Grapes pay 16x / 6x / 0.8x, strawberries 12x / 4x / 0.6x, bananas 8x / 2x / 0.4x and pears 8x / 0.8x / 0.4x. Plums, oranges and cherries share the bottom line at 2x / 0.8x / 0.2x.

Our captures match these ratios exactly. At €20, three cherries paid €4, three strawberries €12 per line, three grapes €16 and three watermelons €20 – so the table can be read directly as multiples of your stake.

Twenty Lines on a Small Grid

Twenty paylines on a 5x3 grid means the lines overlap heavily. Besides the three straight rows, our captures show V-shapes and zigzags that dip from the top row to the bottom row and back again. One strawberry win ran straight along the middle row; a cherry win followed a line that went down from reel one, across the bottom of reels two and three, and back up to the top on reel five.

Because so many lines share the same positions, a single symbol in the middle of the grid can sit on several winning lines at once. That is why two separate lines paid in several of our spins, even when only a handful of matching fruit were on screen.

Wilds and Scatter Stars

The fruit-basket wild turned up on the first, second, third and fifth reels in our session, so it is not limited to the middle of the grid. It substitutes for the fruit symbols and often completes lines that start on the left edge: several of our wins began with a wild on reel one followed by two matching fruits.

The blue scatter stars appeared regularly in our captures – on the first reel, on the fifth reel, and in one spin on the third and fifth reels together, one short of what the bonus needs. They sit outside the line system and do not pay on the paylines themselves; their job is to open the free spins.

Two stars on screen with a third reel still to land is the classic near miss of the format, and Giga Fruits produced it more than once while we played.

The Session in Numbers

Most spins produced small, frequent wins, which fits the medium-low volatility rating. We recorded €4, €8, €16, €20 and €24 results, the last from two strawberry lines at €12 each.

The best spin was a four-of-a-kind watermelon line – watermelon, watermelon, wild, watermelon – that paid €200, exactly 10x the bet, as the paytable says.

How the Balance Moved

Our credit balance stayed in a narrow band throughout the session, which is typical for a game of this volatility. It stood at €4,824 after the first recorded win, drifted to €4,652, €4,636 and €4,624 over the next few spins, and was €4,608 before the €200 watermelon line lifted it to €4,768. The last capture showed €4,656.

In other words, the small wins slowed the losses rather than reversing them, and one mid-sized line win made up for a long run of €4–€24 results. That is the rhythm to expect from Giga Fruits in the base game.

Free Spins and the Giga Reel

According to Zeus Play, scatter stars trigger a bonus round of 6 free spins. During the free spins, reels 2, 3 and 4 merge into one GIGA reel that spins as a single block and lands one colossal symbol across the middle of the grid. A giant fruit or wild covering nine positions can connect many of the 20 lines at once, which is where the game’s bigger results come from. We did not reach the free spins in our session.

Why the Giga Reel Changes the Maths

In the base game a symbol occupies one position, so a line needs three matching fruit on adjacent reels. When reels 2, 3 and 4 merge, a single giant symbol fills all nine positions in the middle of the grid. Any line that starts with a matching fruit or a wild on reel one then already has four in a row, and a matching symbol on reel five completes five of a kind on every line that passes through it.

With the watermelon at 20x for five on a single line, a giant watermelon lining up with matching symbols on the outer reels could pay across many lines in the same spin. The game does not publish a maximum win, so we cannot say how high a free spins round can go, but this is clearly where the top results are designed to come from.

Who Should Play It

Giga Fruits suits players who like traditional fruit slots with a clear paytable and steady small wins. The 94.95% RTP is below the market average, so it is more of a relaxed game than a value pick; the Giga reel is the reason to keep spinning.
