French Roulette OverviewFrench Roulette from KA Gaming is a single-zero roulette table – not a slot – released on 19 February 2025. The casino sets the RTP at 92%, 94%, 96% or 99% (our data box: 96%). All figures below were read from demo play at chip values between $1 and $20. One Zero, and Why It MattersThe single most important thing on the table is the number of green pockets, and here there is exactly one: a single 0 at the left-hand end of the layout. That is the difference between a European-style wheel and an American one. Thirty-seven pockets rather than thirty-eight gives a house edge of 2.70% against the American wheel’s 5.26% – almost exactly half. French roulette traditionally adds La Partage or En Prison on even-money bets, which halves that edge again to 1.35%. Neither rule is stated anywhere in these captures, so we are not claiming this version carries it – check the rules screen at whichever casino you play it. The LayoutThe felt is the standard French arrangement: 1 to 36 in three rows of twelve, the zero to the left, three 2:1 column bets down the right-hand edge, and the three dozens – 1-12, 13-24, 25-36 – along the bottom. Beneath those sit the even-money bets, and here the game follows French convention rather than English: red and black are shown as coloured diamonds rather than the words. The rest are spelled out – 1-18, EVEN, ODD, 19-36. Chips run $1, $2, $5, $10 and $20 along the bottom-left, with the selected denomination raised out of the rack. The Bet Field Adds UpOne useful property of this table is that the footer can be checked against the felt. In one capture there are three chips down – $5, $5 and $20 – and the TOTAL BET field reads exactly $30.00. In another the stake is spread wider, including a $40 chip on a dozen and a $20 on a number, and the field reads $65.00. Every chip on the cloth is accounted for. Our two winning results were $15.00 and $40.00, with the balance moving from $99,812.00 down to $99,717.00 and back up to $99,742.00 across the session. The Controls Are CompleteFour buttons cover everything a roulette player needs, and all four are present: UNDO removes the last chip, CLEAR wipes the layout, REBET repeats the previous stake and REBET X2 repeats it doubled. The spin key carries its own instruction – hold for autoplay – so the repeat function is on the same control rather than hidden in a menu. Undo and Clear appear only while bets are on the table, and Rebet only after a spin has resolved, which keeps the footer from ever showing a button that would do nothing. The Wheel and the HistoryThe wheel is drawn properly: a dark rim, gold spokes, and the pockets in the correct single-zero sequence rather than in numerical order. It fills the screen while it spins and the result is announced on a large coloured disc – 34 in our capture. A history strip runs down the right-hand edge, stacking the last results in coloured boxes. Ours builds up through 24, then 34 and 24, then 16, 34 and 24. Worth saying plainly, since the strip invites the thought: the history tells you nothing about the next spin. Thirty-seven pockets, every one of them equally likely, every time. Who Should Play ItFrench Roulette from KA Gaming is a clean, unfussy RNG table. The single zero is the right wheel, the layout follows French convention including the diamond markers for red and black, the chip rack is sensible, and the four betting controls are all where they should be. The reservations are the casino-dependent RTP and, more importantly, the absence of any visible statement about La Partage. On a French table that rule is worth more than anything else on the screen – it is the difference between a 2.70% edge and a 1.35% one – and this demo does not tell you whether you have it.
