Egypt’s Glow Overview

Egypt’s Glow is an Egyptian-themed slot from TaDa Gaming, released in August 2024. It plays on a 5x5 grid of stone blocks, and its identity comes from a multiplier bar above the three middle reels that grows as wilds are cleared from the grid.

A Temple at Sunset

The grid stands between two burning braziers in front of the pyramids, under a purple evening sky. To the right, a falcon-headed god in red and gold holds a glowing sun orb and a golden staff; in the free spins his wings spread and the orb flares.

The symbols are carved stone tiles: the blue ankh, a jackal-headed Anubis, a red falcon-headed god and a purple cobra as the premium set, and the card ranks A, K, Q and J as the low ones. The wild is a golden tile, and the scatter is a glowing pyramid.

Wild Elimination and the Multiplier Bar

Three small panels above reels 2, 3 and 4 show a multiplier, starting at x1 each. When a win clears symbols from the grid, the winning tiles burst into flames. The game’s wording and our captures suggest that clearing a wild raises the multiplier above its reel – we saw the middle panel at x3 in one sequence and at x6 in another.

The game names the mechanic on its free spins award screen: “Wild elimination cumulative multiplier”. It does not show the full rule on the main screen, so we describe it from what we saw rather than from the paytable.

What the Multipliers Did

In our first capture a column of burning tiles ran through the middle reel under an x3 panel, one cascade paid 43.20, and the win counter read 189.00 on the demo bet of 1 – 189x the bet.

The second capture went further. With the middle panel at x6, a cascade through a wild paid 63.00, and the win counter climbed to 456.90 – more than 450x the bet. These were the two strongest moments of our session, and both came from the multiplier bar rather than from any single high-paying symbol.

Three pyramid scatters anywhere on the grid trigger the free spins. In our session the win counter showed 6.00 when they landed, and the game awarded 8 free spins. The award screen spells out the rule: “Wild elimination cumulative multiplier – unlimited multiplier”. The wording suggests that in the free spins the multipliers keep building through the round, with no upper limit.

On our 7th of 8 free spins, reels 2, 3 and 4 turned into full columns of WILD. The whole middle of the grid burst into flames, the spin paid 246.00, and the win counter reached 252.00 – 252x the bet.
