Doomsday Saloon Overview

Doomsday Saloon is a seven-by-seven cluster slot from BGaming with cluster pays, a 97% RTP, a very high volatility rating and a published ceiling of 10,000x. It was released on 29 April 2025.

That 97% is the highest RTP in this batch by a clear margin, and the grid is built to spend it in one place. All figures below were read from demo play at 0.75 and 15.00 FUN stakes.

A Western After the End

The theme is post-apocalyptic western, and it is unusually well executed. The grid sits in a battered timber frame in the doorway of a saloon; behind it a ruined town under a huge moon, and on the right a gunslinger in a long coat with a rifle slung over his shoulder, seen from behind.

Inside the round the scene changes to the saloon interior – red lamplight, a woman in leather on a bar stool, a man in a wide-brimmed hat beside her. The symbols are shotgun shells and cartridges in five colours, with outlaw portraits as the high-payers.

Cluster Pays, Not Lines

There are no paylines. Matching symbols pay wherever they touch, and each cluster prints its own value on the grid – the captures show figures like 0.18, 0.24, 0.45, 0.60, 3.00 and 3.60 resolving side by side on a single spin.

Winning cells then clear and new symbols drop, so one spin can resolve several times. The footer keeps two separate fields for this – Win for the current cascade and Total win for the spin.

The Cell Multipliers Are the Point

Gold badges land on the cells rather than on the symbols, and they carry large multipliers. Across the captures we recorded x20, x30, x50 and x100 – two x100 badges on the same grid in one case.

The buy menu explains where they come from, and the wording is worth quoting: after purchasing, 3-6 scatters will drop on reels. These scatters will turn into x10 cell multiplier or sticky wild during free spins.

So the badges start at x10 and grow. A cell showing x100 has been upgraded repeatedly, and because the multiplier belongs to the position, every future cluster that touches that cell is multiplied by it. That is the mechanism the 10,000x ceiling rests on.

The Free Spins Round

One capture is worth singling out: a single cluster paying 138.00 FUN at the 0.75 stake – 184x from one group of symbols, because it landed across a cell carrying a x100 badge. That is the whole design in one screen.

Four Prices for the Round

The Wild Spin Ante

The left rail carries a second purchase: a green plate reading WILD SPIN, priced at 15.00 FUN. In several captures it shows WILD SPIN ACTIVE, and while it is lit the Total bet field reads 15.00 – the ante becomes your stake for that spin.

Against the 0.75 base bet that is a twentyfold increase, and it is the single most expensive ante in this batch by a wide margin. The captures with it active show ordinary cluster wins of 0.18 to 3.60 – figures that make no sense at all against a 15.00 stake.

The Big Win Banner
