Brilliant Heart Overview

Brilliant Heart is a five-reel, four-row slot from Foxi (Fazi) with 40 fixed paylines, a 96.48% RTP and a published ceiling of 5,000x. It was released on 17 March 2025.

Red Glass and Gold

The background is a faceted red surface, cut like low-poly glass and lit from behind, with small hearts drifting across it. The reel frame is thin gold and the line count is printed in large gold numerals on both sides: 40 and 40.

The symbols are a red seven, a jewelled sphere, grapes, plum, watermelon, cherries, a lemon and a golden bell, with a heart marked WILD and two star scatters.

Two Scatters, Two Different Rules

This is the detail worth reading the rules for. The game has two scatter symbols, and they behave differently.

The blue star pays at any position on screen. The red star pays anywhere on the 1st, 3rd and 5th reels. Same shape, same size, different rules – and the game states both in one sentence rather than burying them.

They are priced differently too. Five blue stars pay 200,000, which is 100x the total bet; three red stars pay 40,000, or 20x.

The Wild Expands, But Only in the Middle

The rules are equally precise about the heart: on 2nd, 3rd and 4th reels substitutes for all symbols on the same reel, excluding both scatters. The screen that follows is headed Expanding WILD.

So the wild never lands on the outer reels, and when it lands on an inner one it fills it – four positions of heart, lettered WILD down the column.

One capture has it filling the fourth reel beside three columns of bells: that spin paid 17,250, which is 8.6x the total bet.

The Seven Pays From Two

At 50 per line the red seven pays 250,000 for five, 12,500 for four, 2,500 for three and 500 for two. That top figure is 125x the total bet from a single line.

And the two-of-a-kind rule pays off exactly as the table says. One capture has sevens stacked on the first two reels and nothing else contributing: the win is 9,000, which is eighteen lines at 500 apiece.

Below the seven the ladder drops steeply: the jewelled sphere group pays 35,000 for five (17.5x), the bell 10,000 (5x) and the mixed fruit 7,500 (3.75x).

Note the gap. Five sevens are worth seven times what five of the next symbol pay, and thirty-three times what five bells pay. On forty lines, nearly every win you see will be a bell or a fruit.

What the Bells Did

Because the grid is four rows deep, a symbol that stacks covers a great deal of it. Three columns of bells paid 15,000 – fifteen lines at the bell’s three-of-a-kind price of 1,000.

A fuller board of bells reached 52,000, which is 26x the total bet and the best result in these captures. A grid of spheres with the heart wild on the fourth reel paid 10,500, or 5.25x.

Read those four together and the shape of the game is plain: it pays often, in quantity, from cheap symbols filling columns – and the interesting numbers on the paytable are the ones you are unlikely to see.

The Gamble

Wins can be gambled, and Fazi’s screen here is the fuller version: three face-down cards in the centre, BLACK and RED buttons on the right, and a TAKE WIN button below them.

Forty Lines, Drawn Out

The info screen shows all forty paylines as numbered grid diagrams, and the accompanying rule is stated plainly: pays run left to right from the leftmost reel, scatters excepted, and only the highest payline win is paid.

The lines are fixed – the footer field says so – so the only thing you choose is the bet per line, and the total moves with it.

A 96.48% Return

The return is above average and quoted to two decimals. Against it, the credit field across the captures runs 4.99M, 4.92M, 4.85M and then 5.04M – a dip and a recovery of roughly 100,000 credits either way, or about 50x the total bet.

The published ceiling is 5,000x. One line of sevens is 125x, so the cap needs the seven filling several columns at once – which, on a four-row grid where the wild only helps in the middle, is a tall order.

Who Should Play It

Brilliant Heart is for players who want a busy forty-line fruit machine that is unusually precise about its own rules. Two scatters with different conditions, an expanding wild restricted to three reels, and a seven that pays from two of a kind are all stated in plain sentences on the info screens rather than left to be discovered.

The reservations are the missing volatility rating and the shape of the paytable: five bells are worth 5x and five sevens 125x, with nothing much in between. Our captures topped out at 26x from a near-full board of the cheapest stacking symbol.
