We quite enjoyed OneTouch’s Megaways debut, Wild Coyote Megaways, and not least due to the nostalgic, yet non-branded, reunion with Wile E. Coyote and the meep-meep roadrunners. Still, it’s a tad disappointing that they’ve decided to follow up that promising first release with what amounts to a pure reskin job. Wild Waves Megaways admittedly comes with a somewhat original and enjoyable Rastafari surfer theme, but everything else unfortunately remains the same.

The mystery symbol played hard to get in our test session, but we got plenty of wilds in different forms. The shark danger symbol can appear out of the blue to land you larger payouts, and not least in the bonus round when the x6 multiplier is guaranteed. The wild transformation feature is helpful during free spins as well, and the win multiplier keeps rising all the way. The 10,000x potential is decent, but we hope OneTouch demonstrates more creativity in the feature department next time.
