Features we found: multiplier, gamble
Every slot is scored on the same four criteria, using the game's published data: RTP (40%), maximum win potential (25%), bonus features described in our review (30%) and how recent the release is (5%). Our editors can adjust a score after playing the game. Missing data counts as neutral. The score reflects the game's numbers and features, not your chances of winning; slots are games of chance, so please play responsibly.

Rodeo Power OverviewRodeo Power is a Wild West slot from CT Gaming (CT Interactive), released on 31 October 2024. It is played on a 5x3 grid where wins are counted in ways rather than fixed lines, and it carries a published maximum win of 11,800x the bet. CT’s own games library lists the game type as Turbo Pays, and the word TURBO is spelled out down both sides of the reels. The studio also confirms bonus symbols and a gamble feature. It does not publish an RTP or a volatility rating for this title, so we have left both out. All figures below come from demo play at a total bet of 5.00, with the demo running at a 0.20 denomination in FUN currency. Theme and GraphicsThe reels sit inside a wooden barn, framed by heavy red theatre curtains on the left and right and a starry night sky above. A carved sign reading RODEO POWER hangs over the grid, and during free games it is replaced by a scrolling banner. The symbols are pure ranch kit. The premium set includes a cowboy with a stubbled grin, a cowgirl in a Stetson, a silver horseshoe, a belt with a turquoise buckle, a pair of spurs, a saddle, a brown hat and embroidered cowboy boots. The low end is covered by A, K, Q and J in purple, red, green and blue. The bull is the Wild. A small panel above the reels reminds you: “[bull] IS WILD”, and on the reels the Wild appears as a gold plaque reading WILD x2. How the Ways WorkRodeo Power pays for matching symbols on adjacent reels from the left, in any row. The game shows every win at the bottom of the screen with the symbols and the amount – for example “four queens = 2.00” on one of our spins at the 5.00 bet. When the same combination can be formed through more than one route, the game counts each one. One spin showed “2 X four queens = 6.00”: two separate queen ways, one of them passing through the x2 Wild. A small indicator to the left of the reels shows the current multiplier, and a large x2 badge sits beside it in the base game. The Wild x2The bull Wild does more than substitute. It carries a x2 multiplier that doubles any way it is part of. In every one of our screenshots, in the base game and in free games alike, it landed on the second reel. The effect shows clearly in the queen win above. A normal four-queen way paid 2.00; the second way ran through the Wild and paid double, which is how the total reached 6.00. Our largest Wild-assisted base-game win was 22.00 (4.4x), built from horseshoes with the Wild on the second reel. Reading the PaytableThis is where CT games need care. The paytable prints fixed figures, but those figures are not in units of the 5.00 total bet we played at. The evidence is on screen. The paytable lists three scatters at 1.25, yet our three-scatter trigger paid 25.00. Four of the low letters are listed at 0.10, and our four-queen way paid 2.00. Both point to the same thing: the actual payment is twenty times the printed value. With that factor applied, the scatter pays 25.00 for three, 100.00 for four and 500.00 for five – 100x the total bet. The horseshoe is the best regular symbol at 10.00 printed for five (200.00, or 40x), followed by the cowgirl at 5.00 (100.00, or 20x). These conversions are our own calculation from the screen, not figures the game states. The rest of the table falls off quickly. The spurs and the belt buckle show 4.00 for five, the saddle and the hat 1.20, and the letters 1.00 for five and as little as 0.05 for three. Free GamesThe cowboy is the scatter, and the banner explains the trigger: 3, 4 or 5 scatters award free games. On our trigger three FREE GAMES tiles lit up on the reels, the banner announced “Congratulations! You have won 15 free games”, and the scatter win of 25.00 was added at once. The free games are played on a blue-tinted version of the reels, with the same x2 Wild in play. Our best free-game win was 35.00 (7x), a spread of queens and kings joined by the Wild on reel two. What Our Session Looked LikeMost of the base-game wins we recorded were small and steady. Four queens paid 2.00, the double queen way with the Wild paid 6.00, and a line of four saddles through the Wild paid 8.00. Two separate hat ways, one of them doubled by the Wild, also came to 8.00. Relative to the 5.00 total bet those are 0.4x to 1.6x results – the kind of wins that keep the balance ticking over rather than moving it. The horseshoe spin at 22.00 was the only base-game result above 4x in our screenshots. The free games trigger changed the picture: 25.00 from the scatters straight away, then 15 spins with the Wild still active. That round is clearly where the game expects to make its bigger payments. The Gamble FeatureAfter a base-game win you can take it to the gamble screen, which follows the standard CT layout. A strip at the top shows the 10 previous cards, so you can see the recent run of colours and suits. You can guess the colour for x2 or the suit for x4. There is also a 1/2 option that gambles only half of the win and banks the rest. In our demo a correct red guess on a two of hearts ended with the win box showing 8.00. The CeilingCT lists the maximum win as 11,800x. That is far beyond the 100x five-scatter pay, so a result of that size would have to come from many Wild-doubled ways stacking up, most likely during free games. We did not see anything close to it in our session. Who Should Play ItRodeo Power suits players who like a simple, fast game with a clear theme and a gamble button. The x2 Wild keeps base-game wins interesting, and 15 free games is a generous award for three scatters. The drawback is the paytable: it does not state values in terms of your bet, so it takes some working out to know what a symbol is really worth.
