Inside The Vault

The reels sit inside a gold-panelled bank hall, columns either side, a stack of gold coins piled against the right-hand edge of the frame and bundles of banknotes drifting behind the grid. The MONEY 5 Booster logo sits on the top rail with a trademark symbol after it.

The symbol set is money and nothing else: a circular vault door, a stack of gold bars tied with cash, a red-and-gold dollar coin, a green dollar coin, a rolled banknote, and A, K, Q and J in coloured metal. Above them all is a blonde woman in a long red dress, holding a fan of cash.

The Paytable Is Printed In Credits

Two things stand out. The vault door pays for two of a kind, which almost no modern slot does, and it pays fifteen times what the gold bars do for five – a gap so wide that the rest of the table is effectively filler. And the four royals share a single tier, so the only symbols that matter are the vault, the bars and the two coins.

Five Lines, And The Game Names Them

The line count is fixed at 5. Every win is reported in a bar under the grid naming the line and the amount, which makes the arithmetic easy to follow. Ours read “LINE 2: A A A – WIN: 480.00” and “LINE 1: K K K K – WIN: 480.00”, matching the royal four-of-a-kind row exactly.

At a 16.00 bet per line the total bet is 80.00, and that second spin returned 960.00 because two separate lines each paid 480.

The Lady In Red Fills The Reel

The woman in the red dress is the wild, and she does not land as a single symbol. She arrives full height, covering an entire reel, framed in a bright pink column that makes her impossible to miss.

The rules line above the paytable states that she appears on a reel and substitutes for all symbols except two – the coin symbols are the exceptions. With only five fixed lines, one expanded wild converts every line passing through that reel at once, which is why a single lady turns a screen of nothing into a five-line payout.

The Booster Costs Five Times The Bet

The switch is on the left edge of the frame, a small panel marked Wild Booster with a slider under it. The effect on the stake is unambiguous and easy to verify from the display.

With the Booster off, our bet read 16.00 per line and TOTAL BET 80.00 – five lines at sixteen. With the Booster on, the bet per line did not change, the line count did not change, and TOTAL BET read 400.00. The Booster is a fivefold multiplier on the cost of every spin.

What The Booster Bought

What it delivers is more of the lady. With it switched on, our spins repeatedly landed two or three expanded wilds at once on adjacent reels – something that never happened in the base game.

The results follow directly. Three ladies filling reels two, three and four, with aces on reel one, paid 2,400.00 – five lines of four-of-a-kind royals at 480 each. Two ladies on reels three and four with jacks either side paid 5,760.00, a mix of five-of-a-kind and four-of-a-kind lines. Both spins carried a “Congratulations!” banner along the bottom.

That return is a shade above average and the medium rating is accurate to how the game plays unboosted: royal four-of-a-kinds land often enough to keep a balance flat, and the vault door is the only symbol capable of anything dramatic.

Switching the Booster on changes the character completely. You are paying five times the stake for a feature that produces multiple expanded wilds, which makes the swings five times larger in both directions. The published RTP covers both modes, but they do not feel like the same game.
