Alien Assault is a multiplayer shooting game from KA Gaming, released on 18 March 2026. Instead of spinning reels, you control a cannon at the bottom of the screen and fire at waves of alien monsters crossing strange planets. Every creature you bring down pays a prize, random multipliers and chain explosions boost the results, and slot catalogues list a maximum win of 588x and shot values from 0.10 to 10.

Battle On Alien Worlds

Our screenshots show two battlefields. The first is a red desert planet with jagged mountains, a starry purple sky and a ringed planet hanging overhead. The second is an icy blue moonscape with glowing crescent moons and a giant blue planet in the sky. In both, the monsters move across the screen while your cannon sits in the bottom left corner.

Three more seats around the edges read “Waiting for player”, so up to four shooters can share the same battle. Your seat shows a player name, the shot value and your balance.

The Alien Invaders

The creatures are a colourful mix of space monsters. On the red planet you face green horned heads that fly in pairs, a red many-eyed blob with tentacles, a blue tentacled alien with a wide mouth, a green lizard monster with a long tongue, purple space snakes and a huge red dragon-like beast peeking in from the corner. On the blue planet there are red horned demons, orange octopus aliens, purple eyeball flowers, a purple creature covered in eyes, an orange piranha, a blue kraken and a massive red dragon that swoops across the bottom of the screen.

A green target reticle shows where your shots are locked, and bright yellow flashes mark every hit.

Shot Value And Prizes

The shot value in our session was $1.00 at first and $3.00 later. Every prize is a multiple of that value, and our screenshots show a wide spread – at a $1.00 shot, prizes such as $0.10, $0.72, $1.35, $1.98, $2, $5, $8, $10 and $15 appeared, from a tenth of the shot to fifteen times it.

Chain Explosions

One screenshot captures the most chaotic moment of the session. Rainbow rings burst all over the red planet, a flood of gold coins filled the screen, and more than a dozen prizes popped up at once – from $0.10 to $15.00. A single special hit appears to have set off the chain and cleared many aliens in one go, which is the kind of moment that turns a quiet session around.

The Big Hits

Two wins in our session stood out. An electric energy capsule burst open in a shower of coins and a gold plaque announced $85.00 – 85x the $1.00 shot. Later a golden alien ship in the top right corner exploded inside a ring of light, and the game showed $242.00 in huge red and gold numbers – 242x the shot, and a big step towards the 588x maximum.

Weapons And The Prize Gauge

Next to your cannon a glowing round gauge shows a cash amount that changed throughout our session – $15, $25 and $40 at a $1.00 shot, and $45 and $24 at $3.00. Below the playing field three round weapon buttons sit next to a price badge of $6.00 at a $1.00 shot and $18.00 at $3.00 – 6x the shot value in both cases. Slot catalogues list a Buy Feature for the game, and this fixed 6x price looks like the cost of a special weapon.

What The Shot Value Changes

Because every prize is tied to the shot value, the same alien is worth very different amounts depending on your stake. The golden ship that paid 242x in our session would be worth $24.20 at the minimum shot of $0.10 and $2,420 at the maximum of $10, and the 588x ceiling ranges from $58.80 to $5,880.

Every bullet costs the full shot value, so holding down the fire button uses up the balance quickly. In our session the switch from $1.00 to $3.00 tripled both the cost of each shot and the value of every prize – the gauge next to the cannon and the weapon price changed with it.

Our Session

The balance tells the story of a shooting game: small losses between hits, then sudden jumps. It moved from about $99,845 at its lowest to $100,578 at its highest, with the $85 and $242 prizes and the chain explosion doing most of the work.

Who It Is For

Alien Assault is for players who want fast, arcade-style action instead of reels. The space monsters are fun and varied, the shared battlefield adds a social touch, and the chain explosions and big alien prizes give it real excitement. With a 588x maximum, the ceiling is lower than in many slots, but the constant action makes up for it.
