Genius Miner is a gold mine adventure slot from KA Gaming, released on 1 April 2026. It plays on a 5x3 grid with 50 paylines and takes bets from 0.50 to 250. A cheerful young miner is both the wild and the top symbol, a mine cart full of gems is the scatter, and slot catalogues list mystery symbols, random wilds and free spins among its features.

Deep In The Crystal Mine

The reels are set in a wooden mine frame held together with metal bolts, inside a cave lined with glowing blue crystals. Mine carts loaded with gems sit on the rails at both sides, and a “50 Lines” sign in blue letters runs down each edge of the grid. Every line win is announced in a banner at the top, and the total win of the spin appears in huge gold numbers over the reels.

The premium symbols fit a miner’s day: a cluster of blue crystals, a TNT barrel with a burning fuse, a green lantern and a crossed pickaxe and shovel. The low symbols are A, K, Q, J, 10 and 9, each in its own gem colour. The wild is a rosy-cheeked miner girl with goggles and a helmet lamp, and the scatter is a mine cart overflowing with gems.

The Paytable

All our screenshots were taken at the maximum total bet of $250, or $5 per line. At that stake the paytable shows these values for five, four and three of a kind:

Miner (wild) – $5,000 / $1,000 / $400
Blue crystals – $2,500 / $500 / $200
TNT barrel – $1,000 / $250 / $100
Lantern – $500 / $200 / $100
Pickaxe and shovel – $400 / $160 / $80
A – $300 / $140 / $60
K – $240 / $120 / $60
Q – $200 / $100 / $40
J – $160 / $80 / $40
10 – $100 / $60 / $20
9 – $80 / $40 / $20
Scatter – $2,500 / $1,250 / $500

A line of five miners pays 20x the total bet, and the scatter pays 10x for five and a solid 2x for three – wherever it lands.

Line Wins Add Up

With 50 lines on 15 positions, most spins pay on several lines at once, and the banner at the top shows one of them while the total appears in the middle. Every line value in our screenshots matches the paytable:

“Line 16 wins $20.00” – three 9s, in a spin that paid $60 in total
“Line 2 wins $80.00” – three pickaxes with a wild, in a spin worth $200
“Line 32 wins $100.00” – three TNT barrels with a wild, in a spin worth $300
“Line 9 wins $100.00” – Qs completed by a wild, in a spin worth $360
“Line 12 wins $120.00” – four Ks, in a spin worth $960

That last spin shows the power of 50 lines: a wild in the middle of the grid next to a row of red Ks turned a $120 line into almost 4x the bet in total.

The Miner Wild

The miner girl substitutes for the regular symbols and pays the most on her own. In our screenshots she landed on the first, second, third and fifth reels, and in almost every winning spin she was part of the paying lines – between two pickaxes on the top row, next to a TNT barrel, and in the top right corner connecting a line of Qs.

The Mine Cart Scatter

The scatter pays anywhere on the reels, no line needed. One of our screenshots shows it on the fourth reel during a spin with TNT and wild wins. Three of them are worth $500 at our stake, and slot catalogues list free spins and additional free spins among the game’s features, which fits the scatter’s role as the bonus trigger.

Explosive Mystery Reels

One screenshot captures a special moment: while the reels were still spinning with a “Good Luck” message at the top, the whole third and fourth reels were covered by a golden explosion of glittering dust. The game’s feature list mentions mystery symbols, substitution symbols and random wilds, and this burst of gold over full reels looks like the way the game reveals them. What lies under the dust decides whether the spin becomes a big one.

A Session At The Maximum Bet

Playing at $250 a spin makes every result easy to measure. Our wins ranged from $60 to $960 – 0.24x to 3.84x the bet – and the balance moved between about $104,476 and $112,366 over the screenshots. Several of the wins, such as the $60 and $200 spins, were smaller than the stake, which is typical for a 50-line game: many lines pay a little, and the real profit comes from premium symbols, wild-filled reels or the bonus.

The step from a regular win to a big one is steep in the paytable too. Five 9s pay $80, five TNT barrels $1,000 and five blue crystals $2,500, so it is the crystals, the miner and the scatter that move the balance in a meaningful way.

Bet Size

The total bet is spread over 50 fixed lines. At the maximum of $250 each line is worth $5; at the minimum of $0.50 each line is worth a single cent, and five miners pay $10 instead of $5,000. Two buttons next to the spin button – New Bet and Max Bet – make it quick to change the stake, and holding the spin button starts autoplay.

Who It Is For

Genius Miner is for players who like cheerful, colourful slots with lots of line action. The 50 lines make small and mid-sized wins frequent, the miner wild connects them, and the mystery reels and scatter-triggered free spins add the bigger moments. No volatility rating or maximum win is listed in the sources we checked.
