Fortune Parrot Overview

Fortune Parrot is a five-reel fruit slot from Foxi (Fazi) with 10 fixed paylines, an expanding parrot wild, two different scatters and a card gamble. Its published maximum win is 1,543x the bet, and it was released on 10 October 2024.

Neither an RTP nor a volatility rating is published for the game in the sources we checked, so we leave both open here rather than guess. Everything below was read from demo play at a 50.00 total bet, which is 5.00 per line across the ten fixed lines.

A Tropical Beach in a Bamboo Frame

The reels sit inside a bamboo frame on a sunny beach, with palm fronds leaning in from both sides, pink hibiscus flowers in the corners and a small red crab tucked into the sand on the left. The title is spelled out in gold and green lettering across the top, with a blue feather on each side.

The symbols are almost entirely fruit, but tropical fruit rather than the cherries and plums of a classic machine: mango, pineapple, dragon fruit, strawberry, kiwi, banana and raspberry. A striped red seven decorated with palm leaves is the top symbol, and a blue and a green starfish serve as the two scatters.

The parrot itself does not appear as a paying symbol at all. It is the wild, and it only shows up when it has something to do.

The Paytable at a 50.00 Bet

The game prints its paytable in currency at the current bet, which makes it easy to translate into multiples of the stake.

The seven is the only symbol that pays for two of a kind. At the 50.00 total bet it returns 50.00 for two, 250.00 for three, 1,250.00 for four and 25,000.00 for five on a line. Five sevens are therefore worth 500x the total bet on a single line, and three sevens are worth 5x.

The mango and pineapple share a row: 3,500.00 for five (70x), 600.00 for four and 200.00 for three. The dragon fruit pays 1,000.00, 200.00 and 100.00.

The four lowest fruits – strawberry, kiwi, banana and raspberry – share one row at 750.00 for five (15x), 150.00 for four and 50.00 for three. Three of them on a line therefore pay exactly the line bet ten times over, or 1x the total stake.

The gap between the seven and everything else is enormous. Five mangoes are worth 70x; five sevens are worth 500x. Almost all of the game’s upside sits in that one symbol.

What the Demo Paid

Our captures show the table working exactly as printed. Three bananas on one line and two more lines of smaller fruit came to 100.00. A win across several raspberry lines reached 150.00.

A board with three sevens on line 10 is labelled in the footer as LINE 10: 7 7 7 WIN: 250.00, and with a second small line on top the total was 300.00. That footer confirms both the 250.00 value for three sevens and the fact that the paytable is quoted per line at the 5.00 line bet.

The Expanding Parrot Wild

The wild is the parrot, and it can only land on reels 2, 3 and 4. When it appears, it stretches to cover the entire reel and substitutes for every symbol except the two scatters.

A single expanded parrot on reel 2 turned a scatter of fruit into 250.00 in our demo. Two expanded parrots on reels 2 and 3 produced the largest ordinary win we recorded: 600.00, or 12x the bet, because a full wild reel completes every line that passes through it.

The game’s own rules screen shows the effect clearly: three separate parrot symbols on three reels become three full wild columns. With all three middle reels wild, every line only needs a matching symbol on reels 1 and 5 to pay five of a kind – which is where the larger results in a game like this come from.

Two Different Scatters

Fortune Parrot uses two scatters with two different rules.

The blue starfish pays at any position on the screen: 250.00 for three, 1,000.00 for four and 5,000.00 for five at the 50.00 bet. Five blue stars are therefore worth 100x.

The green starfish can only appear on reels 1, 3 and 5, so three is the most you can ever see. Three of them pay 1,000.00, or 20x the bet.

Neither scatter triggers free spins. They are straight cash awards, which is consistent with the rest of the game: there is no bonus round anywhere in Fortune Parrot.

Jackpots and the Gamble

Under the reels the game shows a rotating jackpot display. In our captures it read Gold Jackpot 6,955.05 and Diamond Jackpot 1,036.02. These are the same shared Foxi values we have seen in other games from the studio, and nothing in the demo shows what triggers them.

After a win, the Gamble button opens a card game. You pick Black or Red, a history row shows the previous cards, and a correct guess doubles the amount: our screen showed a gamble amount of 600.00 with 1,200.00 to win. A Take Win button banks the amount instead.

Who Should Play It

Fortune Parrot is a classic Fazi-style fruit machine with a tropical coat of paint. There are no free spins and no buy feature; the whole game rests on the seven, the expanding parrot and two cash scatters.

Its best feature is transparency. The paytable is quoted in money at your bet, the footer names the paying line and its value, and a player can check every result against the table.
