Fantasy Fortune

Fantasy Fortune Overview

Fantasy Fortune is a medieval fantasy slot from Rival, released on 26 June 2023. Two blue dragons hold up a classic 5x3 grid with 20 fixed paylines, set in front of a castle under a dusk sky. The published figures are an RTP of 94.4%, low volatility and a maximum win of 1,000x. SlotCatalog lists stakes from 0.20 to 50 per spin.

Symbols and the Dragon Wild

The reels are filled with fantasy characters: a castle, a white knight, a princess, a dark knight, a unicorn and a goblin, with a genie, a golden goblet and a crown at the low end. The wild is a green dragon marked WILD, and it shows up in several of our screenshots completing lines on the middle reels.

According to the published game description, the wild is the top symbol and the only one that pays for two of a kind, with values from 0.5x to 50x the total bet. The castle pays up to 25x, the white knight 20x and the princess 15x, followed by the dark knight (11.25x), the unicorn (10x) and the goblin (7.5x).

Our Session at a 20 Bet

We played at a total bet of 20.00 with a 25-spin autoplay running, starting from a balance of 2,000. The wins we captured:

• 95.00 (4.75x) – the best single spin of the run.
• 48.00 (2.4x) – several lines at once, one of them worth 15.60.
• 21.00 (1.05x) and 16.00 (0.8x) – small multi-line hits with the wild in the middle.

That pattern fits the low volatility rating: frequent small returns rather than long dry runs broken by one big hit.

The Castle Bonus Game

The published description explains the pick-style bonus. It is triggered by 3, 4 or 5 castle gate symbols – the arched wooden door visible on the reels in our screenshots. The white knight explores the castle and you choose a door each time: ahead, left or right. Every artefact he finds adds a cash prize, and the round ends when he meets the dark knight.

Free Spins with a 3x Multiplier

The wizard is the scatter. Three, four or five of them pay 1x, 2x or 25x the total bet anywhere on the reels and award 10 free spins. According to the published description, every win during the free spins is tripled by an x3 multiplier, and the round can be retriggered. There is no feature buy.

Playing Options

The game offers three spin speeds (slow, medium and fast) and a standard autoplay; the counter in the corner of our screenshots shows the autoplay counting through its 25 spins.

RTP and Volatility

At 94.4% the RTP is below the usual 96% mark, which is worth knowing before a long session. The low volatility and the 1,000x ceiling point to steady, modest play rather than huge peaks.

Who It Is For

Fantasy Fortune suits players who like knights and dragons, a clear 20-line layout and two classic bonus rounds – a door-picking castle quest and tripled free spins.
