Demi Gods VI Overview

Demi Gods VI is the sixth main game in Spinomenal's Demi Gods series, released on 29 October 2024. This time the series moves to Norse mythology. The game plays on 5 reels and 4 rows with 50 fixed paylines, and its configuration sets the maximum win at 900x the bet. Spinomenal publishes four RTP versions – 88.83%, 92.02%, 93.31% and 95.74%.

The numbers below come from our own demo session, played at total bets of 500 (10 per line) and 100 (2 per line).

A Norse Setting

The reels stand between two wooden pillars hung with red banners, with snowy mountains behind them and the gold title in a carved frame above. The high symbols are a golden temple of the gods, a horned Viking warrior, a blonde goddess, a grey-bearded war god and a green-armoured trickster. The low symbols are A, K, Q, J and 10.

The wild is a winged silver shield marked WILD, and a tree-of-life tile marked FREE SPINS is the scatter. The high symbols often arrive stacked two or three tiles tall, so a single god can cover most of a reel and sit on several lines at once. Wins are shown in large bronze digits in a burst of light, surrounded by gold coins stamped with a rune, and the winning positions are lit up on the grid.

The Paytable

All wins are multiplied by the bet per line. The golden temple is the top symbol, paying 300x the line bet for five, 80x for four and 35x for three. The horned warrior pays 250x, 80x and 30x, the goddess 220x, 70x and 30x, and the war god and the trickster 200x, 60x and 25x each.

The letters are lower. The game's configuration gives the full ladder for five of a kind: A 70x, K 60x, Q 50x, J 40x and 10 30x the line bet, with three of a kind paying between 5x and 15x. At 10 per line, five golden temples return 3,000 – 6x the total bet on a single line.

Every payout is a multiple of the line bet, so the numbers are easy to check. At 10 per line, five queens are worth 500 on a single line; our 850 spin with queens and four wilds therefore needed more than one line, which is exactly what a wild in the middle of a 50-line grid tends to produce. The game shows only the total, so the exact split between lines is our own reading.

50 Lines on a 5x4 Grid

The game's help page shows all 50 lines, from the four straight rows to steps, V shapes and zigzags that use the extra fourth row. Symbols pay from left to right starting on the leftmost reel, and only the highest win on each line is paid. With so many lines, a single wild on a middle reel often completes several wins at once.

Free Spins with Winning Symbols Respin

The bonus awards 12 free spins with a winning symbols respin feature. After a win in the free spins, the winning symbols are held and the rest of the reels spin again, so a good start can grow into a much bigger result on the same spin.

In our round the respins built up large blocks of wilds and temples. One spin paid 320 with 9 free spins left, and the final spin added 1,000 as wilds and golden temples locked across the first four reels. The round finished with a total win of 2,720 on a bet of 100 – 27.2x the stake.

SlotCatalog also lists wilds with multipliers and sticky wilds among the game's features; we did not see a multiplier value on the wilds in our session.

Buy Feature

The BUY button triggers the 12 free spins directly. At a bet of 100 the price was 3,600 – 36x the bet, the same figure given in the game's configuration. Our bought round returned 27.2x, below the price, which is a reminder that the buy is a shortcut to the feature, not a guarantee. The purchase screen names the prize directly – “Trigger 12 free spins with winning symbols respin” – and the bet can be changed on the same panel before buying.

What the Session Did

At a total bet of 500 the base game paid 350 and 850. The 850 came from a row of queens linked by four wilds across the middle and bottom rows – a good example of how the 50 lines multiply a simple symbol. At a bet of 100 a spin with two wilds and the grey-bearded war god stacked on the first two reels paid 420, or 4.2x.

Bets, Controls and Win Levels

The stake is set per line under PER LINE, and the total bet is always 50 times that amount: 2 per line gives a total bet of 100, and 10 per line a total bet of 500. The badge in the top right corner shows the 50 active lines, and a FEATURES button in the top left opens the feature options, including the buy.

The spin and autoplay buttons sit in the middle of the control bar, the WIN field on the right shows the last payout, and during the free spins a TOTAL WIN field keeps a running count of the whole round, with the number of free spins left shown above the reels.

The configuration sets four celebration levels: a Big Win from 10x the bet, a Mega Win from 15x, a Super Win from 25x and an Epic Win from 40x – slightly higher thresholds than many Spinomenal slots. Our free spins round finished at 27.2x, inside the Super Win band.

RTP and Max Win

At 95.74% the best RTP version sits slightly below the usual 96%, and the lowest version is 88.83%, so the setting matters. Spinomenal does not publish a volatility rating, and SlotCatalog lists it as not available. The 900x ceiling is modest; the game is built for steady free spins rounds rather than huge single hits. Bets run from 0.50 to 50.
