Coin Fusion Overview

Coin Fusion is a hold-and-win slot from Mancala Gaming that begins on a compact 3x3 grid and can widen to 7x3. It carries an RTP of 95%, a high volatility rating and a top prize of 25,000x the bet. It was released on 24 August 2026.

There are no paylines and no ordinary fruit or card symbols. Every spin is about coins: coins that carry cash values, doubling symbols that multiply them, mystery safes that can turn into either, and a collector piggy bank that only shows up once the bonus is running.

All figures below were read from demo play at a 200 bet, in the demo’s DEM units. Stakes run from 0.20 to 18 per spin in real-money play.

A Neon Stage in Purple and Gold

The presentation is closer to a game-show set than a vault. The grid sits in front of a curved arch of glowing bulbs, the background shifts between violet and magenta, and a golden pig with a coin slot in its back stands to the left of the reels as the game’s mascot.

Five jackpot plates run across the top of the frame, and they are the first thing the eye lands on. When the bonus starts the whole scene flips from purple to a bright green, which makes it instantly clear which mode you are in.

The Jackpot Ladder

The five fixed prizes are printed as multiples of the bet, which makes them easy to read at any stake:

At our 200 bet the rules screen converts them into DEM 20,000, 100,000, 1,000,000, 2,000,000 and 5,000,000. The Ultra plate is therefore the same number as the published maximum win – the jackpot is the ceiling.

Coins and the Double Symbol

The coins that land in the base game carry cash values. The ones we saw ranged from 40 and 60 up to 600, in other words from 0.2x to 3x the bet. In one base-game spin a lit-up row across the middle of the grid showed a combined 1,060, while two more coins worth 600 and 60 sat below it.

The Double symbol is the x2 disc. According to the rules it only appears alongside coins, and when it lands it doubles the values of the coins on the grid. In one spin we had three of them on screen, and in another five – enough to cover most of the board before a single coin had arrived.

Inside the bonus the Double behaves differently. It has lives: each time a life is lost, a respin is triggered and the respin counter resets. When the lives run out the symbol is removed from the grid.

Mystery Safes and HyperPlay

The Mystery symbol is a green safe, limited to one per reel. It opens into either a coin or a Respin Trigger, and the Respin Trigger can only come from a Mystery symbol.

A Respin Trigger adds +1 to the respin counter, up to a maximum of 6, and starts the bonus game. Mystery outcomes collected during the base game carry over and can raise the starting counter.

The HyperPlay switch on the left panel – labelled +Mystery – increases the chance of Mystery symbols appearing and raises the bet by 25%. Our 200 bet became 250 the moment it was switched on, which matches the rule exactly.

The Bonus Game

The respins round starts on the same 3x3 grid. Each new symbol that lands resets the counter to its starting figure, and the round ends when the counter runs out. In our session a 4 respins award opened the feature, and a pair of 600 coins was already on the board when the counter reached zero.

The Collector piggy bank appears only during the bonus, never in the base game. It collects the winnings from coins, and each coin can be collected only once.

Grid Expansion

This is where the game earns its name. Each time a reel is completely filled with coins or other eligible symbols, the grid grows by one reel. It starts at 3 reels by 3 rows and can reach 7 reels by 3 rows.

That means the bonus does not have a fixed size. A round that fills its first column quickly gets more space to work with, which is a sensible way to reward a good start without relying on a single big symbol.

The Special Offer Round

If the grid is filled completely, the game makes an offer. You can pay one quarter of your current winnings to enter a final round, where a single 1x3 Magic Reel is spun.

The Magic Reel can land on any of the five jackpots, on a bet prize of x10, x25 or x50, or on an empty prize that pays nothing. At our 200 bet the three bet prizes were worth DEM 2,000, 5,000 and 10,000.

It is a genuine gamble, clearly stated: a quarter of a filled grid is a real cost, and the empty outcome is printed right there with the others.
