Trinity Gold Link Overview

Trinity Gold Link is a five-reel, three-row slot from Fugaso with 25 fixed paylines, an RTP of 96.15%, a medium volatility rating and a published maximum win of 7,500x the bet. It was released on 28 November 2024.

It belongs to Fugaso’s Trinity family, where three sticks of dynamite above the reels stand for three separate bonus modifiers. Here they are called Extra Re-Spin, Double Reels and Multiplier, and the whole game is built around how many of them you manage to light.

The figures below were read from demo play at bets of 25.00 and 30.00 euro.

The official bet range runs from 0.50 to 30 per spin, so the fixed jackpots move with you: the Grand is worth 500 at the minimum stake and 30,000 at the maximum.

A Gold Mine at Night

The reels sit in a gilded frame on top of a mountain of gold nuggets, under a dark sky lit by fireworks. The three bundles of dynamite – pink, red and green – stand on the frame with their fuses already sparking, and the jackpot panel runs down the left-hand side.

The symbols stay with the mining theme: a bearded old miner, a pack donkey, a cart full of gold, a gunpowder barrel, a miner’s helmet and an oil lantern, with A, K, Q and J making up the lower tier. Glowing gold nugget wilds and red dynamite coins carrying cash values complete the set.

A round Buy button sits at the bottom left, under the Mini jackpot, and the balance, bet and win counters run along the bottom of the screen in the usual Fugaso style.

The Paytable

At the 25.00 bet the old miner is the best symbol: five pay 150.00 (6x the bet), four pay 50.00 and three pay 12.50. He is also the only symbol that pays for two of a kind, returning 2.50.

The donkey, the gold cart and the barrel all pay the same – 50.00 for five, 20.00 for four and 7.50 for three. The helmet and the lantern pay 37.50, 10.00 and 5.00, and the four royals top out at 25.00 for five.

That makes this a flat table. Apart from the miner, nothing on the reels pays more than 2x the bet for a full line, which tells you straight away that the real value in this game lives in the bonus round rather than in line wins.

Wins pay left to right on the 25 fixed lines, and only the highest win per line counts.

The rules screen shows all 25 line patterns: the three straight rows, two V shapes and a series of zigzags that cross the middle row. With a three-row grid this many lines overlap heavily, which is why a stack of wilds in the middle can pay several lines at once.

Four Fixed Jackpots

The jackpot panel scales with the bet. At 30.00 it showed a GRAND of 30,000.00, a MAJOR of 3,000.00, a MINOR of 900.00 and a MINI of 450.00; at 25.00 the same four read 25,000, 2,500, 750 and 375.

In multiples of the bet the ladder is therefore fixed: 1,000x, 100x, 30x and 15x. The Grand on its own is less than a seventh of the published 7,500x ceiling, so the biggest results must come from a full board of coin values combined with the modifiers rather than from the Grand alone.

Wilds in the Base Game

The gold nugget wilds did most of the visible work in our base-game spins. A pair of wilds in the middle of the reels, lining up with carts or lanterns, produced wins of 81.00 twice at the 30.00 bet (2.7x each).

The best base-game result we captured was 192.00 at the same stake – 6.4x – when four wilds landed in two stacked pairs alongside a column of gold carts, completing several lines at once.

The Hold and Win Bonus

The bonus starts when enough dynamite coin symbols land together. In our round three of them opened it, carrying 100.00, 50.00 and 25.00 at the 25.00 bet.

From there the grid clears to show only the coins, and a counter on the right gives you three re-spins. Every new coin that lands sticks and resets the counter, in the familiar hold-and-win pattern. Values on the coins we saw ranged from 25.00 (1x) up to 200.00 (8x).

The Three Dynamite Modifiers

The three bundles of dynamite above the reels are the point of the game. Any of them that is lit when the bonus starts changes the round:

Extra Re-Spin adds to the number of re-spins, Double Reels doubles the playing area, and Multiplier multiplies the coin values. In our round the Extra Re-Spin and Double Reels sticks were both active.

The effect of Double Reels is striking: the grid splits into two stacked boards, and the counter switched from 3/3 to 0/4 re-spins, so the extra re-spin had been added as well. By the time we captured it the doubled board was almost entirely covered in coins of 25.00 to 200.00.

In the round we captured the Multiplier stick was not lit, so every coin paid its face value. The combination we did see – an extra re-spin plus a second board – is the one that fills the screen with coins; the Multiplier is the one that makes each of those coins bigger.

Because each stick is either lit or unlit, a single trigger can play out in eight different ways, from a plain three-re-spin round on one board to a doubled board with extra re-spins and multiplied values.

Buying the Bonus

The Buy Bonus menu offers two options, each with its own volatility meter. Bonus Up: Running Spins costs 75.00 per spin at the 25.00 bet (3x) and makes each spin five times more likely to trigger the bonus game. It stays active until you switch it off.

The Dynamite Bonus costs 1,750.00 at the same bet – 70x – and triggers the bonus with one, two or three of the dynamite features lit at random. Its volatility meter sits further to the right than the Running Spins bar.

The two prices compare neatly. For the cost of one Dynamite Bonus you could play about 23 spins with Running Spins switched on, each of them five times more likely than usual to open the bonus – but without any guarantee of which dynamite sticks will be lit.

Who Should Play It

Trinity Gold Link suits players who enjoy hold-and-win games and want a little more control over them. The 96.15% RTP and medium volatility rating make it steadier than many jackpot games, and the fixed jackpot ladder of 15x, 30x, 100x and 1,000x is easy to follow.

The weak point is the base game: with every symbol except the miner capped at 2x the bet for five of a kind, spins between bonuses will feel thin. This is a game you play for the dynamite, and the 3x Running Spins option exists precisely to get you there faster.
