There are no fixed lines. A win needs the same symbol on adjacent reels starting from reel 1, in any row, and every extra copy on a reel multiplies the ways. On a 5x4 grid that makes 4×4×4×4×4 = 1,024 possible ways, and the game fades the non-winning symbols to grey so the winning ways stand out.

That greying-out is visible in several of our captures: the heroines and card ranks that took part in a win stay in colour, while the rest of the grid turns to dark silhouettes.

Where the Wild Lands

The pavilion Wild appeared on the middle reels in our captures – on reel 2 in one spin and on reel 3 in two others, always on one of the lower rows. It substitutes for the line symbols, and because this is a ways game a single Wild on a middle reel joins every way that passes through its reel. Our $1,000 run of As and our $150 scroll win both went through a Wild in that position.

The Wild does not replace the temple scatter, which pays on its own wherever it lands.
