Pharaoh’s Dynasty PrizeMatch Overview

Pharaoh’s Dynasty PrizeMatch is an ancient Egypt slot from Kalamba Games. Kalamba lists its launch date as 27 August 2024; SlotCatalog gives 12 August. The game plays on six columns shaped 3-3-6-6-6-6, with up to 11,664 ways to win, and bets run from 0.80 to 80.

Kalamba rates the volatility 7 out of 10 – medium-high – and gives a hit frequency of 33.59% and a maximum coinciding win of 11,000x. SlotCatalog lists an RTP of 94.17%, with the bought bonus games returning 94.22–94.46%. The figures below come from our own demo session, played at bets of €40 to €100.

A Temple on the Nile

The reels stand between golden pillars on a riverbank at sunset, with palm trees, pyramids and a glowing sky behind them. The symbols are Egyptian treasures: a golden pharaoh mask, a jewelled headdress, the crook and flail, a blue scarab set in silver and a pink scarab. The low symbols are the card ranks from J to A, drawn in gold and stone.

A blue Eye of Horus is the wild, and scatters landing anywhere trigger the free spins. Two small HyperBet tiles also appear on the reels, a reminder of the game’s bet-level system.

How the Grid and the Ways Work

The two short columns on the left hold three symbols each, and the four tall columns on the right hold six. The rules screen shows the full count as 3×3×6×6×6×6 = 11,664 ways. Symbols pay in any position on consecutive columns from left to right, and only the highest matching combination for each symbol is paid.

The paytable is printed in cash for the current bet. At a €100 stake, six pharaoh masks pay €20.00, five €10.00, four €7.50 and three €4.00. The headdress, the crook and flail and the blue scarab pay €10.00, €7.50, €5.00 and €4.00 for six, five, four and three. A single way therefore pays well below the stake – the value comes from many ways paying at once and from the PrizeMatch feature.

HyperBet: Three Ways to Play

A HyperBet panel on the left of the screen offers three levels: 5,184, 7,776 and 11,664 ways. According to Kalamba, a higher level increases both the number of highlighted symbols and the number of winning ways. The level you choose also sets the price of the bought bonus, as the Buy Bonus screen shows.

PrizeMatch

PrizeMatch is an upgrade of Kalamba’s Cash Quest mechanic. The two short columns on the left carry highlighted symbols inside a glowing gold frame, and matching them with the same symbols in columns 3 to 6 awards instant prizes. The feature works in both the base game and the free spins.

In one base-game capture at an €80 bet with 7,776 ways, a pink scarab stood inside the highlighted frame while the tall columns held pharaohs, scarabs and letters, and the spin paid €160.00 (2x).

Free Spins With Column Multipliers

Three scatters anywhere on the reels trigger the free spins. Our round opened with 10 free spins and a note on the award screen: “PrizeMatch values are multiplied before being paid!”

During the round, each of columns 3 to 6 carries a random multiplier that changes on every spin. On our first free spin the badges read X2, X3, X3 and X2, and a spin full of pharaoh masks paid €64.00. On the second they read X3, X2, X2 and X2, and PrizeMatch values of 600.00, 600.00 and 80.00 appeared on the grid. By the fifth spin a scatter had added +3 extra spins, bringing the round to 13, and the total win stood at €1,384.00.

Buy Bonus

The Buy Bonus screen offers three packages, each worth 10 free spins, priced by HyperBet level. At a €40 bet they cost €500 for 5,184 ways (12.5x), €2,150 for 7,776 ways (53.75x) and €4,950 for 11,664 ways (123.75x).

We bought the most expensive option, and the balance dropped from €9,978 to €5,028. With €1,384 on the counter after five of thirteen spins, the round still had to more than triple to cover its price – a fair picture of how demanding the top package is.

The Numbers to Keep in Mind

A 94.17% RTP is below the market average of about 96%, and the medium-high volatility means results come in uneven bursts. The 11,000x ceiling is Kalamba’s maximum coinciding win, reached when PrizeMatch values and ways wins land together under high column multipliers.

The hit frequency of 33.59% means that roughly one spin in three returns something. Many of those returns are small, because a single way pays only a fraction of the stake, so the base game tends to drift slowly while you wait for PrizeMatch hits and the scatters.

Controls and Layout

The screen is laid out for quick play. The number of active ways is shown in the top-left corner and the game title runs along the top bar. The HyperBet panel and a gold Buy BONUS button sit to the left of the reels, and the spin button, a turbo switch and autoplay sit to the right. The bottom bar shows the balance, the total win and the bet, with a FUN MODE label in the centre during the demo.

During free spins the multiplier badges appear in a row above the four tall columns, and a counter at the bottom shows the spins played and the spins remaining – SPINS: 5/13 in our round – next to the running total win. The paytable spreads over several pages and includes a diagram of the ways system, which makes the 3×3×6×6×6×6 layout easy to follow.

Who Should Play It

Pharaoh’s Dynasty PrizeMatch suits players who like ways slots with a feature that can pay on any spin and a free spins round with visible multipliers. The HyperBet levels let you choose between a cheaper game and a fuller grid, but the top Buy Bonus is an expensive way to reach the round.
