Attack Huge Mushroom is a fantasy forest slot from KA Gaming, released on 26 November 2025. It plays on a 5x4 grid with 50 lines and takes bets from 0.50 to 250. A pot of money climbs up a mushroom tower beside the reels while you play, and the free games round is where the game finally opens up.

A Forest After Dark

The reels sit in a frame of lashed branches in a glowing woodland, with toadstools and reeds around the edges and fireflies in the trees. Down the left of the grid the words 50 LINES are printed vertically, and on the right a tall mushroom stands over a stone staircase with a small creature climbing it and a cash figure underneath.

The symbols are woodland oddities rather than fruit: a golden crowned mushroom, a blue frog-like creature, an orange bird, a yellow star, a purple sloth, a red-capped mushroom, an orange boot, red and blue arrows and a green snail. A red toadstool marked WILD and a pink flower SCATTER complete the set.

The Climbing Pot

The number under the mushroom on the right is not decoration. Across our session it read $6,205.84, then $6,295.84, then $6,665.84 and then $6,905.84 – it ticks upwards as the reels spin, exactly the way a pooled jackpot meter behaves.

The little creature on the staircase climbs with it. It is the clearest visual cue in the game that something is accumulating in the background while the base spins tick over.

The Paytable

The values are printed at the stake you are playing. At a total bet of $250.00, for five, four, three and two of a kind:

Crowned mushroom – $1,000 / $500 / $150 / $50
Blue creature – $750 / $500 / $150 / $50
Orange bird – $750 / $500 / $150 / $40
Yellow star – $750 / $250 / $100 / $20
Purple sloth – $750 / $250 / $100
Red mushroom – $500 / $200 / $50
Boot, arrows and snail – $300 / $100-200 / $50-100
Flower scatter$2,000 for five

The four best symbols pay for just two of a kind, which on fifty lines means something lands constantly. Five crowned mushrooms are worth 4x the bet and five scatters 8x – modest numbers that tell you the base game is not the point.

Base Game Wins

The banner across the top names the line and the amount. At $250 a spin our session showed Line 36 wins $50.00, Line 39 wins $20.00 and Line 27 wins $500.00, with the win box totalling $440.00, $440.00 and $900.00 as several lines paid together.

Two of those wins were built around the toadstool wild, and the $900 spin had three blue creatures across the bottom row with a wild completing them. The balance drifted from $106,769 down to $96,205 over the sequence – the familiar shape of a game saving its money for the bonus.

Three Flowers, Ten Free Games

The pink flower scatters are the trigger. Three of them landed down the left and centre of the grid, the banner read “SCATTER WINS $2,000.00”, and a wooden sign flanked by toadstools announced “YOU WON 10 FREE GAMES”.

The free games move the whole game into a different forest – a purple night wood lit by glowing blue and violet mushrooms – with the words FREE GAME running down both sides of the frame and a red counter in the middle of the control bar showing how many spins are left.

Wilds Everywhere In The Bonus

What changes inside the round is the wild count. Our screenshots from the free games show five toadstool wilds on the grid at once, stacked across the top row and scattered down the right-hand reels – something the base game never came close to. Slot catalogues list sticky wilds among the features, and that is what the boards look like.

The results follow. With one free game left the TOTAL BONUS WIN read $5,215.94; the final spin alone paid $3,480.52, with Line 35 contributing $750. The balance stood at $97,659 when the round began and $108,809 when it ended – a gain of more than $11,000, or roughly 44x the $250 bet, from ten free spins.

No Published RTP

KA Gaming has not published a return-to-player figure or a volatility rating for this game, the slot catalogues list both as unavailable, and it does not appear in the studio’s own release spreadsheet. We have left both fields empty rather than print numbers we cannot stand behind. What is solid is the bet range – 0.50 to 250 across fifty lines – and the paytable above, read straight from the game.

What The Bet Changes

All the cash figures scale with the stake. Our screenshots were taken at the $250 maximum. At the 0.50 minimum everything is 500 times smaller: five crowned mushrooms pay $2, the $3,480 free spin would have been worth about $7, and our whole bonus round about $22. The climbing pot beside the reels is the one number that does not scale – it is a shared total, not a multiple of your bet.

More From KA Gaming

KA Gaming builds a lot of colourful, creature-led slots on unusual grids. Sushi uses plates that hold several pieces at once, Mammut is the studio’s biggest recent release, and Fantasy Jungle stays in the forest with an arcade shooter mechanic.

Who It Is For

Attack Huge Mushroom is for players who like a gentle base game and a bonus worth waiting for. Fifty lines and four symbols that pay from two of a kind keep the reels busy without ever paying much, the climbing pot gives you something to watch, and the sticky wilds in the free games turn a quiet session into a 44x round. If you want published RTP figures before you play, this is not the studio for it – but the game itself is transparent enough once the paytable is open.
