Wildfire Joker

Wildfire Joker Overview

Wildfire Joker is a classic fruit slot from Amigo Gaming, released in September 2023 – SlotCatalog gives 19 September. Cherries, lemons, plums, oranges, grapes, watermelons, bells and lucky 7s spin on a 5x3 grid against a deep red background, and a grinning jester in purple and gold stands in as the wild. The game pays on 10 fixed lines, Amigo rates the volatility medium-low, and the maximum multiplier is x2,800. Stakes run from 0.10 to 100 per spin.

Amigo lists two features on the game’s page: an Expanding Wild and a Pick Game. In Amigo’s own words, the Joker “brings an additional Wild symbol that expands and doubles your winnings”, and collecting three gift symbols lets you choose a present. Our screenshots were taken at a stake of 1,000 coins.

The Joker Wild

The ticker above the reels spells out the rules as you play: “Joker has the wild capacity”, and “Red Joker doubles the” win. The Joker substitutes for the fruit symbols, and when it expands it covers its whole reel, so every one of the ten lines passing through that reel is completed at once.

Our screenshots show both sides of it. In one spin, a Joker on the fourth reel extended a line of grapes: grape, grape, grape and Joker on a single line, and the meter showed 12,000 – 12x the bet from one line. In another, Jokers filled the second and third reels completely, the meter read LINES PLAYED: 10, and the spin ended on a BIG WIN screen of 38,000 – 38x the stake. With two full wild reels in the middle, every line only needs matching fruit on the first reel to pay.

The Star Scatter

The golden star is the scatter. The ticker explains that it counts at any position on the reels, so it does not need to sit on a line. Three stars scattered across reels one, two and four paid 5,000 – 5x the bet – without any line win around them.

Burning Fruit

The “wildfire” in the name is literal: winning symbols catch fire and turn into glowing orbs when a line pays. Two of our screenshots show it:

• three burning oranges on three lines at once – 3,000, or 1,000 per line;
• three burning lemons on two lines – 2,000, again 1,000 per line.

So three oranges and three lemons are both worth 1x the bet per line at this stake.

Lucky 7s Pay From Two

The 7 is the premium symbol, and it does not wait for a third copy. A spin with two 7s on the first two reels paid on two lines for 2,000 – 1,000 per line for just a pair of sevens. That makes the 7 the only symbol in our screenshots that pays from two of a kind.

The Presents Pick Game

The wrapped red gift box is the bonus symbol, and the ticker states that bonus symbols “trigger the presents pick” game. Amigo’s page adds that three gifts in a combination let you pick one present for a prize. Gift boxes appear on the right-hand reels in several of our screenshots, but the pick screen itself is not among them, so we cannot say what the presents are worth.

Where the 2,800x Comes From

The ticker repeats the headline number: “Win up to x2800”. For a medium-low volatility game that is a generous ceiling, and the Joker is the reason: an expanding wild that doubles the win, landing on several reels at once, can multiply a full screen of line wins. Our 38x hit with two wild reels was a small taste of it.

What the Stake Range Means

Because the maximum is quoted as a multiplier, the real-money ceiling depends on your bet. At the 0.10 minimum, 2,800x is 280; at the 100 maximum it is 280,000. The line values scale the same way: the 12x grape line from our screenshots would be 1.20 at the minimum and 1,200 at the top stake.

The balance in our screenshots tells the rest of the story of a short session. It moved between roughly 984,000 and 997,000 coins at 1,000 per spin – small line wins of 1x to 5x keeping it level, and the 38x Joker spin the biggest win we saw. That is what medium-low volatility looks like in practice: frequent small returns, with the occasional wild-driven spike.

Graphics and Sound

Wildfire Joker keeps the look of a classic fruit machine but renders it in high gloss. The fruit is bright and juicy, the 7s are red with gold outlines, and the Joker’s face grins from beneath a purple-and-gold hat. Burning symbols glow white-hot before they pay, and big wins bring a shower of gold coins. The interface is Amigo’s standard, with the balance on the left, the bet on the right and the win meter in the middle.

More From Amigo Gaming

Vampire Joker gives Amigo’s jester a darker, gothic setting with a coffin pick game, and Fruits and Coins is a five-line fruit game with a Pin Win jackpot board.

Who It Is For

Wildfire Joker is for fans of classic fruit machines who want a bit more action. Ten lines and medium-low volatility keep the game steady, pairs of 7s and star scatters pay regularly, and the expanding Joker is what turns an ordinary spin into a 12x or 38x win. All six casinos we checked carry it.
