A Railway Through The Canyon

The reels sit under a wooden railway bridge in a red rock canyon. On the bridge a golden steam locomotive pulls wagons piled high with gold nuggets, and during the feature purple and green trains roll across it with numbers painted on their wagons. Stacked Logo Wilds

The Gold Mine Express wild often lands in tall stacks. In one of our spins wilds filled most of the second and fifth reels and a big part of the third, and As on the first reel connected through them for 28. In another, a stack of four wilds on the second and third reels sent lines criss-crossing the grid for 68, and a zigzag line of As with wilds on the outer reels paid 40.

Twenty Lines On A 5x4 Grid

The 20 lines run across four rows, and the game draws each paying line in bright blue. With a stacked wild covering two or three rows of a middle reel, a single symbol on the first reel can connect with many lines at once – exactly what happened in the 68 win, where the lines fanned out from the As on the left through the wild stacks to the right side of the grid.

The low symbols pay little on their own, so the stacks are what give the base game its rhythm. Wins like 28, 40 and 68 at a bet of 40 are small, but they come regularly while the grid waits for nuggets and trains.

Gold Nuggets And Trains

The gold nuggets are the cash symbols. They land with values such as 32, 40 and 200 – a 200 nugget is worth 5x the bet on its own. The trains appear to be the collectors: in our feature screenshots a purple train on the first reel and a green train on the third reel sat on the grid next to nuggets worth 32 and 40.

The sequence shows the collection step by step. A purple train rolled across the bridge with wagons marked 400 and 40, and the purple train symbol on the reels showed 565. Then a green train passed with wagons of 12 and 40, the green train symbol showed 32, and the purple one had grown to 708. In the final screenshot the nuggets had turned back into plain gold, and the golden bell on the fifth reel displayed 1,356 – about 34x the bet – as the values were gathered together.

How The Collection Adds Up
