Read against the stake, a full screen of crowns is worth only 3x the bet and the cheapest eight hearts pay a tenth of it. The raw symbol wins are tiny on purpose – every one of them is a candidate for the multiplier.

The Multiplier Reel

The column on the right edge of the screen is not part of the grid. It is a multiplier reel that shows three values at once, with the middle one active. In our base game screenshot it stood at x14, with x15 and x16 above it. Every win on the grid is multiplied by the value showing there, which is why an 8-symbol hit worth 0.70 can still be worth having.
