10 Boost Clover is a fruit slot from Felix Gaming, released on 4 November 2025. It plays on a 5-reel grid with 10 lines and takes bets from €0.10 to €100. Felix publishes a maximum exposure of 2,000x the total bet. It is the ten-line member of the Boost family, and the smaller line count makes the Line Boost mechanic much easier to read than on its bigger siblings.

A Clover In The Dark Wood

The reels stand in a night forest lit from behind, the same setting the whole Boost series uses. The 10 BOOST CLOVER logo runs down the left with the LINE BOOST plaque beneath it, and a « CHOOSE LINE » strip across the top shows miniature payline diagrams you can page through without leaving the grid.

The symbols are classics with one premium: a blue diamond, a red 7, a golden bell, then plum, watermelon, orange, grapes, lemon and cherries. A four-leaf clover is the wild and a golden dollar sign is the scatter.

What A Boost Actually Costs

This is the number the Boost games never state outright, and the ten-line panel makes it countable. Open the Line Boost screen and every line gets its own diagram with x2, x3 and x5 buttons and a BOOST switch, plus a small BET figure underneath it.

In our screenshot six of the ten lines were switched on at x2, and each of those six read BET: 2.00 while the four unboosted lines read BET: 0.00. The base bet was 20.00 – ten lines at 2.00 – and the TOTAL BET field read 32.00. Six lots of 2.00 on top of 20.00 is exactly 32.00.

So an x2 boost costs one extra line bet: you are doubling that line’s stake to double its payout. You only pay on the lines you pick, which is why boosting six of ten raised the stake by 60% rather than doubling it.

The Paytable

The values are printed at the stake you are playing. At our 20.00 base bet – a 2.00 line bet – the five, four and three of a kind figures are:

Diamond – 4,000.00 / 400.00 / 80.00, and 10.00 for two
Red 7 – 2,000.00 / 200.00 / 40.00
Bell – 1,000.00 / 200.00 / 40.00
Plum – 800.00 / 160.00 / 40.00
Watermelon and orange – 400.00 / 80.00 / 20.00
Grapes, lemon and cherries – 200.00 / 40.00 / 20.00

The diamond is the only symbol that pays for two of a kind, and it pays twice what the red 7 does for five. These are per-line amounts.

Where The 2,000x Maximum Comes From

Felix lists the game’s maximum exposure as 2,000x the total bet, and the paytable shows exactly how that figure is built. Five diamonds pay 4,000 on one line; ten lines all filled with diamonds would pay 40,000, and 40,000 against the 20.00 base bet is precisely 2,000x.

In other words the published ceiling is a full screen of the best symbol, with no boost applied. It is a rare case of a maximum win figure that can be derived from the paytable rather than taken on trust.

The Dollar Scatter Works Differently

The golden $ is the exception to the per-line rule. The rules screen says it “appears on all reels” and “pays on any position”, and its values are tied to the whole bet rather than a line: at our stake, five scatters pay 10,000.00, four pay 400.00 and three pay 100.00 – that is 500x, 20x and 5x the total bet.

One of our screenshots confirms the bottom rung exactly. Three dollar signs landed scattered across the grid, the banner under the reels read “3 X SCATTER : 100.00”, and the win box showed 100.00 – five times the 20.00 bet, to the unit.

The Expanding Clover

The wild rule is stated in unusual detail. The clover “appears on all reels”, it “will expand and substitute for all symbols in all positions on that reel”, and – the important condition – it “will only expand if a winning combination is possible”. It substitutes for everything except the scatter.

Both of our bigger wins came from expanded clovers. A full reel of clovers next to a stack of red 7s paid 280.00, and clovers on the second reel with cherries either side paid 180.00 – 14x and 9x the 20.00 bet. On a ten-line game a single expanded reel touches every line at once.

Boosts On The Grid

Once you confirm your selection the boost panel closes and the chosen lines are marked on the reels themselves. The CHOOSE LINE strip at the top of the screen keeps two rows of small diagrams visible so you can flick between paylines and see which of them you have paid extra for, and the winning lines are drawn across the grid in their own colours – red, blue, purple and green – as they pay.

The four buttons along the bottom of the boost panel are worth knowing: CLEAR wipes every selection, CONFIRM locks it in, ALL LINES boosts all ten at once, and the purple cross closes the panel without changing anything. ALL LINES at x2 would take the 20.00 base bet to 40.00 – ten extra line bets on top of ten.

Three RTP Versions And A Higher Variance

Felix publishes this game’s return as a set of three: 96.17%, 94.84% and 92.52%. Casinos choose which build to run, and the spread between top and bottom is more than three and a half points.

The studio also grades volatility on its own scale, and 10 Boost Clover sits at 4 – a notch above the 30-line version at 3. That fits: with only ten lines, wins arrive less often but the per-line values are far larger. Five diamonds pay 4,000 here against 1,600 on the thirty-line game.

A Quiet Session

The credit readings show what a ten-line game with an expanding wild feels like. Across our screenshots the balance moved between 99,800 and 100,910 – barely a ripple at a 20.00 bet – with the wins arriving as 100.00, 180.00 and 280.00 rather than as a long dry run followed by a spike.

That is the effect of the expand-only-if-it-wins rule. A clover that lands where it cannot complete anything stays a single symbol, so the wild never wastes itself, and the small, frequent hits it produces are what keep a ten-line game playable.

What The Bet Changes

Everything scales with the stake. Our screenshots were taken at a 2.00 line bet. At the €0.10 minimum five diamonds on a line are worth around 20, and at the €100 maximum around 20,000 – before a boost multiplies that line by two, three or five.

More From Felix Gaming

30 Boost Clover is the same game on thirty lines, with smaller per-line values and a gentler variance rating – and the casinos we checked carry both side by side. The Line Boost panel and the expanding clover work identically in each.

Who It Is For

10 Boost Clover is the version to pick if you want the Boost mechanic without the arithmetic. Ten lines are few enough to boost deliberately rather than blindly, each boost costs a transparent one line bet, and the per-line values are four times what the thirty-line game pays. The trade is frequency: at a volatility of 4 out of 5 this is the harsher of the two. Check which of the three RTP builds your casino runs before you start.
